No where near worth the price, no fragrance coming from the flowers, some of them were broken on arrival and the card was not a good quality card.

I encountered the same as Mrs Bailey. My flowers had been despatched on 20 December, but they were not delivered by Royal Mail until Wednesday 27th! A card was left for me to collect them from the Sorting Office. The earliest date I was told I could receive them was today - Friday 29th! There was no moist cloth around the stems (like they used to have and there were also no complimentary chocolates like we used to have. I was disappointed.) Some of the flowers (naturally) have wilted. The crysanths still look amazingly okay though.

the flowers were taken back to the post office sorting office as my mum was not at home. The card did not say perishable item and it was 2 days before my mum could pick them up as she is 74 and does not drive. When she finally picked them up, they had no moisture tissue round them and as you can imagine they were tired and withered. She placed them in water immediately and they did perk up, but I wish I had been advised that there would be no moisture in the packaging when I ordered them, because after all anyone knows that flowers need water to live even on a short journey. Disappointed and I have written directly to Bunches as I have been a loyal customer for a number of years.

The flowers arrived in good time, but the card was missing so there was no information who they were from. Only dsays later when I phoned to ask were the flowers OK they said 'Oh they were from you' !

Flowers were delivered, no water to keep them fresh/alive, several flower heads were broken off, my wife was totally disappointed when she received them Expensive flowers which were to be a surprise for my wife as I’m not home due to work, didn’t go down well at all due to the condition of the flowers

I mentioned this last time i placed an order. As my ageing mother's memory is getting worse I have no idea if she received my order. Is it not possible to be informed that the order has been received at least by her carers. The order was placed in Australia and hopefully received in Scotland

I have used Bunches for several years to send bouquets to friends. However, I saw the latest bouquet and we were both very disappointed. It was very small and the sprays were very thin. I will be contacting Bunches to ask for a refund.

Past deliveries have been fine. But this Christmas posy was disappointing. Two blooms died after 3 days and the lily's have yet to show any sign of flowering after a week. The main colour was provided by the greenery and the baubles.

I ordered 5 separate bunches of flowers to be delivered a few days before. Christmas and am very disappointed with the quality in 2 at least of the gifts. The flowers do not look fresh and although some of them are small spray carnations I can see that they are not going to come out further but are almost certainly going to wilt and die within the next 2 or 3 days. As a customer of yours for many years I am horrified and I very much doubt if I will use Bunches again. What a let down and a very expensive one!

I thought I’d ordered flowers and Christmas cake but sweets were delivered instead. Maybe I’m remembering wrong but the lady is 82 and I know she likes fruit cake. I remember my last order was wrong too.

I paid 7.50 for delivery and my hamper was not delivered I had to ring and complain it was delivered 2 days later. Not Good

Good evening. I was expecting an email to confirm when the flowers had been delivered and when I did not get it and I called to inquire I was told they couldn't track it. Also, although I gave details as to what to put in the card, I was told that the flowers was received but they didn't know who it was coming from.

Not so happy with my order this time, it came 2 days early as what I specifically instructed since my sister was going away for the weekend,and the flowers were quite disappointing because it was way less than the regular numbers stems specified.

I RECENTLY CONTACTED THE RECIPIENT OF MY BUNCHES FLOWER ORDER AND APPARENTLY THERE WAS NO CARD WITH A MESSAGE ATTACHED, WHICH I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED AS THEY WERE SYMPATHY FLOWERS, PLUS THE FLOWERS ONLY LASTED A COUPLE OF DAYS.
