“Would not rush to order from Bunches again. Turned up late and I asked Customer Services for an update. Didn't rush to apologize just said all things were delayed in post given current crisis. So true - but an apology for birthday flowers being delivered late, when ordering in time would have gone a long way.”

“Hi I ordered 3 sets of letterbox flowers for my 3 besties !! They were ordered for delivery on the same day ... however they all received different days & some were not in good condition”

“Well as I use bunches a great deal this particular time for our first wedding anniversary I chose the summer valley because they did look lovely .When the wife opened them i was surprised the overall size of the bunch they were nice but I expected the bunch to be little larger and more wow if you know what I mean but straight away I was pleased I chose the two extra gifts . Also my wife mentioned to me she was shocked to see the flowers were starting to wilt already 26th Friday and when I looked a bit closer she was right .For what they cost I'm afraid I have to say this time we were both left a little let down on our special day , your flowers have always been noted for presentation and a long life .Well that's what we've found, but sadly not this time. regards Mr & Mrs A Graham.”

“Flowers were gorgeous, bright and full - they're still looking great 6 days later! Unfortunately delivery was late which is annoying as I purposely didn't opt for 'next day' to allow 3 days for the order to get there on my chosen day.”

“Choice is always varied and I found the perfect arrangement to give my husband on Father’s Day. They were truly beautiful and he was delighted. However, I was disappointed that the majority of the flowers only lasted for 5 days. Even supermarket flowers last at least 7 days in my experience, but you don’t give supermarket flowers for a very special occasion, do you?”

“They were not delivered on time so late for the birthday next day. Don't know whether they were delivered Monday or Tuesday but as they were ordered for Saturday it was very disappointing.”

“I have used Bunches many times but last time I used them, the flowers were delivered 2 days too late, despite them being ordered 4 days prior. Not happy at all. I will now be looking at other companies.”

“Flowers arrived 2 days after the requested date. I ordered 2 sets of flowers, one was a letter box flowers which were half wilted cause of the delay from royalmail...”

“Not very impressed, order arrived 2 days after the day I chose for them to be delivered even though I placed the order 2 1/2 weeks before delivery. Some of the flowers were wilted when they arrived, I’m guessing they weren’t as fresh as I thought they would be. All in all not very good.”

“I bought flowers for my Mum's 60th Birthday and they turned up a day after her Birthday. They were nice flowers but I couldn't see any reason for them turning up late and felt very let down. I had ordered well ahead of time. This was my first purchase with this company and I felt so let down that I will not be ordering from them again.”

“Overall, the flowers were very pretty and well recieved. However, I bought these as a present and some of the flowers arrived snapped/damaged so quite a large portion of the bouquet had to be discarded.”
