I have always been happy with the flowers I have purchased and my friends have always said how lovely they are. However the flowers that I ordered for my daughter were not what I expected and my daughter was quite disappointed in the small bouquet. They took over a week to be delivered and I was not told I had put the wrong number in the postcode until my third phone call to you to chase the delivery. I will not be using Bunches again. Received a gift which we picked up at our local post office today, the 28th of December It had been despatched by you on the 20th of December.It was whatI think were white tulips and freesia with some silver leaves. It certainly did not resemble in any way the picture on your website . The tulips were dead and the leaves had lost their colour. The freesia was ok but not great. There had been an attempt to deliver this by Roymail when we were not at home We live in a block of 40 flats all the flats have their own letter boxes and there is a door entry system. Someone would have taken the parcel in if the postman had tried some of the other bells. The parcel was taken to the depot and some days later we received a card through our letter box notifying us . I phoned Roymail and was told that the first date we could get the parcel was today the 28th. There was no on obvious note saying that the goods were perishable. We didn't know in advance who they were from or what they were. I phoned your Customer Service Line and told the person I spoke to about the flowers. Her manner was unpleasant and abrupt. She absolved your company and Royal Mail from any responsibility. What do you think I should say to my friend, "the flowers are lovely "or tell it as it was?

I wont be ordering from you again, my flowers never arrived, and was charged for them, Customer service attitude was very poor, sorry did not even enter into it. My custom will now go elsewhere.

We dispatched your flower gift with the Royal Mail in good faith to arrive either on the 22nd or 24th December. As a flowers by post company we rely on Royal Mail to ensure our gifts arrive safely and on time; unfortunately on this occasion they have severely let us down. Terrible service.i ordered flowers & chistmas hamper for my aunt in essex for christmas .both on the same order .the hamper came to my billing address in hull.the flowers went to the wrong no .she did get those .i rang up customer service not helpful said they could not do anything .so upset .will not order from you again

After looking into both orders for you, I can see that you have recently been in touch with one of our customer service operators and they have advised you that the address details that were provided for the hamper details were not entered correctly leading to a non-delivery of the hamper. As a flowers by post company, we do rely on the Royal Mail and nationwide couriers to deliver our flower/plant/hamper gifts for us so it is essential that the customer checks that the delivery address details have been entered when ordering and also checking again via the email confirmation. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for a non-delivery if the incorrect address details have been provided to us. After looking into your flower gift order to the same recipient, I can see that the correct address details were provided, however, the Royal Mail had delivered them to another address on that street. We have since registered a complaint with the Royal Mail because of this and it looks as though the recipient has received their flower gift after all of this. Flowers arrived wilted , brown on the petal edges with two broken stems .the greeting Card was missing so recipient had no idea I had sent them basically a rubbish Company to be avoided

Ordered flowers for my sister they arrived on Wednesday and were in the bin on Sunday as all dead phoned and got a refund which was fine but my sister was so disappointed and if I hadn’t called into her house unexpected she would not have told me so will not be ordering again from your company

Ordered flowers and wine for a special birthday lady was 89 I ordered these on 23rd October to arrive 10th December for her birthday. How difficult is that! They arrived the next day. Someone took them in for. Such a disappointment for her. It looked like an after thought and a rush job. I don't think I will bother again. With xmas orders it does not really matter when they arrive but birthdays are personal and very special.

The flowers my friend just received an hour ago we’re half dead . Very disappointed . I used your service because your reviews seemed good ? Just upset for my friend , I’m glad she told me . You have refunded me but that’s not really the point is it .

I was really disappointed with the flowers received for my Mum's birthday. For the price l paid l could have had a basket of flowers from my local florist. I will not be using you again.

Horrendous experience and could have picked up a bunch of flowers at supermarket for a quarter of the price, have asked to be removed from the mailing list, but they continue to bombard me. I will never purchase again, due to fact nothing was ever done about my complaint in the first place it was swept under the carpet.

i order flowers in a basket said first class free delivery,not until i had paid it said not guaranteed delivered on the day i ordered today for thursday.dissapointed i rung and called why didn't it say under first class no guarantee revered that day,

I ordered two separate bouquets of flowers to be delivered to my daughter in law and friend. Placed the order on 19th November to be delivered on 24th November. However, neither bouquets arrived on 24th. When I emailed to complain they pointed out 95% of flowers arrive on time...unfortunately, the other 5% aren’t guaranteed! I was told they would probably be delivered on Monday 26th, exactly a week after they were ordered!! I requested my money back but was told they guarantee fresh flowers for 7 days. They were dispatched on 23rd so not a lot of time for the recipients to enjoy them. I was told to send photos but by that time the recipients had thrown them out. Not at all happy with the customer service.

As the item being delivered is perishable, we can only dispatch one day generally before the preferred delivery date. We do recommend that if a specific delivery date is required that you upgrade to our courier service. We do offer a 7 day freshness guarantee, therefore if the flowers did arrive in a a poor condition we would like to take this further for you. Very disappointed that flowers I ordered 2 weeks before the celebration arrived the day after the required delivery date......the next morning at 0730 and woke the family up. I'm annoyed as it was a special celebration and the flowers needed to be there on a specific date

As stated in our terms and conditions, we cannot take responsibility for any non-deliveries when incorrect address details are provided to us. As a goodwill gesture, I can see that we did offer you a 20% discount code in case you wanted to place the order again with the correct address details. This is still available if you require it.
