My order did not arrive and despite two e mails to customer services it has not yet been resolved and it was for my mum's birthday. Very disappointed will not use in the future

I’m afraid to say we were very disappointed with your company. My wife ordered flowers to be delivered on 28th January, the order was done online. This was a present for our daughters birthday who lives in Jersey. They didn’t arrive on the 28th or 29th but the 30th. I emailed yourselves on the 29th to ask what had happened and I’m still awaiting a reply on the 4th February. I doubt whether we will use you again, not particularly because of the late delivery, but the fact no one had the decency to speak to us to apologise.

Very sadly I sent a boquet to a close friend who lost her brother suddenly last week. She reports back that there were broken, damaged and even dead flowers amongst the fresh ones. Disapointing, particularly as I wanted to cheer her a little not dissapoint her. An e mail and photos have been sent, we await feedback.

Delivery was late. And the parcel was not left in the safe place as instructed. The phone line isn’t manned from Saturday lunchtime which meant the flowers and cake were held up an additional 36 hours! Not overly helpful when I did Phone. Explained that 5% are late celeries and that the delivery persons decision re leaving parcel. Second time this has happened.

Was completely unsatisfied at this package that I had to give my mum for her birthday while I was away on holiday I got sent pictures of them and when I saw a was totally shocked... it was just a bunch of flowers you buy from Tesco Please get back to me about this Regards Darren McEwan (Kristian)

Although originally I gave the wrong delivery date I telephone next day to correct this but at least another 4 telephone calls and 3 emails before they were delivered a week later 6 days late

I was disappointed with the bouquet that was delivered. There were very few actual flowers most of the stems were fillers. It did not resemble the picture.

Not delivered on time despite ordering well in advance. Poor customer service, no responsibility taken. You get what you pay for I guess.

Good Afternoon Thank you for your review. After looking into your order further I can see that your selected delivery date was the 19th Janaury, the delivery service that had been selected, was our free delivery service. This service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 95% chance of the gift arriving on your chosen day, however this is not a guarantee and sadly the gift may arrive the next working day. Royal Mail deliver between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday -Friday and 8am-1pm on a Saturday. Unfortunately, as your order was sent by first-class post, we are unable to trace this. We would have expected your gift to have arrived no later than 21st January by 6pm. Delivery was very late. Missed important Birthday. When delivery finally arrived the flowers were dead, dieing, very dry. Recipient very disappointed. Would not recommend.

I received a rose in watering can and when it arrived it was almost dead leaves falling off it was so disappointing as it was from a special friend - I have both received and ordered from you before and this is the only time I am not happy especially as I had no response from my letter to you!

Disappointed that flowers were sent without message leaving recipient unaware of who sent them. Contacted recipient a week later as no acknowledgement had been made. Most embarrassing. Bunches would not give recipient any information as it would contravene data protection. Overall feel a nice gesture was wasted.

Ordered for Sat delivery but at 5.0pm told they couldn't deliver till Monday. Completely useless by then to use another company for a Sat delivery.

Not very happy at all as I am a regular customer of over 5 years but they failed to deliver a bunch of flowers and welcome home from my elderly mother who came out of hospital last weekend - finally after many emails of complaining I was given £5 in posy points - very unsatisfactory

I live in Canada and was looking forward to sending a lovely arrangement to my friends in Hebburn for Christmas. The order was delivered, but not to my friends! I emailed with my concern and was assured that a replacement would be sent. To this date my friends have not received the flowers. This is hugely disappointing and I am now out of pocket and my friends have no flowers. I will find another florist in the UK in future.
