I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 8th December. they arrived on the 11th December in a partially crushed box.

Ordering process and delivery process exceeded my expectations but the final product was a little disappointing. Bunch looked sparse and flowers are already wilting!

Always used bunches for a few years now only ever heard good reports from our friends. I ordered some flowers from yourselves the other day for a friend who had just been for an op in hospital. The flower cost £17. I happened to pop in to see my friend and I was totally shocked to see how little my money actually got. I could have bought a bunch at my local supermarket that contained more. I was totally shocked and unhappy. A £5 bunch would have got me more then the £17 I paid to you guys.

The flowers selection did not look the same or near similar the selected order. The delivery of the order did not sent any confirmation of dispatched status,letting the client wonder what's going on. Very unhappy with the brand. Thank you.

Bouquet failed to arrive within the timeframe. It was an anniversary gift and i hadnto go and make an extra purchase due to it not arriving.

The flowers were for my Mother’s funeral and I specifically asked for a card with my chosen words. It was not sent with the flowers and so I as very disappointed.

Having dealt with bunches for a long time now, my recent order of the gin& tonic bunch it arrived on time but was not impressed the envelope you usually enclose must have been thrown around the box bruising roses and lilies, not to mention the white painted leaves peeling off,my neighbour who now uses you from my reccommendation sent us a beautiful boquet from you,which made ours look quite shabby ,which is to be presented to a special person in our island community.

Ordered for delivery on 28/29 November for a birthday on 29th but here we are on the 1st still not arrived! Have used you before and found you to be efficient but feel very let down on this occasion. Sorry to have to say this.

Flowers were put in the box upside down so when they were taken out half the flowers had fallen off!!!

I ordered these flowers at the beginning of November to be delivered on 23rd November. They were not delivered until the following day. These were for my Mums' Birthday and as we have just lost my Dad 2 months prior I wanted to make her 1st Birthday without him special. It was very disappointing that they were late as you have always delivered my orders on time in the past.

I placed four orders. One order did not contain the greeting card that I requested. Another order was not able to be delivered as they away that day and when they arrived the next day they found it upside down in the dustbin. The other two orders were a delight. But 50% success is not good.

Ordered pot plants and it was nothing like the photo and my mother wasn't happy at all and I've been ordering from bunches for a few years now and as a loyal customer I thought I would have received a apology after complaining but haven't had anything

Very disappointed. I ordered Sunday for a Tuesday delivery. Flowers appeared Thursday, the day I got home. And you have stopped doing chocolates. No reason to use you any more I'm afraid. This is not the bunches I used to buy from

Ordered a bunch of flowers for a birthday. Delivered on time and when i contacted services they were very quick to respond however the flowers recieved was dull and nothing like the online picture. The colour of the smaller flowers were not that of the picture and generally the arrangement and quality of the flowers lacked.

Hi. I have used you lots of times before and value your family business and ethical status. However I was disappointed this week in that they were due for delivery on Wed and friends only received them on Saturday. I had given instructions to leave them outside their flat but they just had a card through the door with only one of their names on saying they had missed a parcel. If the card left had been addressed to both and explicitly said it was flowers they would have collected them sooner. Also disappointed that you always used to get small box of chocolates with the flowers and this appears to no longer be the case. It would be useful to get a text or email telling you when the flowers had been delivered.

The flowers looked nothing like the photo. Very poor looked like a bunch you would get from the garage if you were very desperate. Had high hopes the company as was recommended by a customer that spend £££s with Bunches.
