“Sorry to say the flowers turned up a day late, ordered on the 15th June for 19th June. They were for a birthday decoration on the 20th, arrived too late to include. Also some of the heads dropped off taking them out the box. Would have been perfect otherwise.”

“Flowers were ordered on the Monday to be delivered Friday of the same week. Unfortunately - not delivered until Saturday - luckily this was not too much of an issue as the birthday was on Sunday. Just glad that I had asked for delivery a day earlier.”

“Not the best bunch of flowers. Purchased freesias for the fragrance not impressed. They only lasted a few days had other flowers delivered from another company they Are still looking fresh 8 days on.”

“The first time I used Bunches was excellent - easy ordering & good choice on offer and the flowers were amazing. The second time the flowers were very disappointing and were not good value for money in my opinion. Will probably not use Bunches again for this reason.”

“I placed 3 orders of peonies which were delivered on time to the 3 recipients. However some of the flowers from 2 of the orders did not open up and blossom and ended up going brown without the buds opening up.”

“Flowers very pretty but did not think they were worth the cost. Packing very flimsy and box was not sealed and flap open when delivered, maybe some tape to seal it in future.”

“I ordered flowers and a cake for my mom's birthday but they unfortunately didn't arrive until 2 days later because I chose Royal Mail delivery, I didn't realise this could happen with me choosing a date but there was nothing I could do and should have opted for the special delivery at extra cost, but not sure I would use bunches again after this experience... the flowers and cake were lovely though!”

“The flowers were terrific and amazingly fresh considering they were supposed to arrive 3 days earlier. I know the person who sent them ordered in good time! Not good. The roses didn't last very long. However they looked beautiful for the first 2 days.”

“arrived on time in a badly damaged box. Contents appeared OK but didn't last. Nearly all died within 5 days. Would not risk using this firm again.”
