“I brought a bunch to be delivered to my nan, however after seeing a piccy of them I wasn’t impressed , tiny bunch of flowers considering the price I had paid and the size of the box ! The flowers looked a bit wilted too.”

“These lillies were very small and did not look healthy at all when I took them out the box. I have enclosed pictures of when I got them and who they look a week after, not at all impressed with the overall quality and for the price I paid I won’t be buying again.”

“The service and delivery was excellent. However these flowers were sent to a friend who recently lost a family member due to Covid. She thanked me and sent a picture, unfortunately they looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. Very disappointed”

“When the flowers arrived my Mum said that they looked the best that she had ever received through the post and she was delighted. However by day 8 they were almost all dead and she was very disappointed as some of the other online retailer flowers she has received have lasted for over 3 weeks. Unlikely to use again.”

“I was absolutely thrilled with my flowers when they arrived, so much so that I ordered the same to be sent to my friend, however by the Friday they were dreadful - arrived Tuesday- and I had to take out the dead roses and peony flowers dead while still in bud! I have written and complained, was told I would be sent another bunch but not received them!”

“We have used Bunches on a number of occasions with no problem. However we weren't so lucky this time. They were not delivered on requested day which was a Friday and the recipient had to make a special trip to pick them up on Monday morning.”

“I felt that the roses looked a bit tired although they revived quite soon. It was hard to unpack the flowers and resulted in damaging a Lily flower. Almost a week later and they have done ok. My usual florists were closed so I used bunches but I will probably go back to my normal supplier after lock down.”

“Flowers did arrive on time for my sisters birthday however I was disappointed in the photo my sister sent of them, arguably she may not have arranged them well, but to me they look nothing like the picture, I hadn't used bunches before don't think I will be using them again - sorry!”

“The flowers looked smaller and less full than they did in the picture although the actual flowers themselves were nice. I think with the weather being hot, the flowers seemed to be a bit sweaty looking.”

“Nice surprise for wife, although colours were standard and looked liked those widely available. Volume a touch on the small side for the price and given it we’re only freesia surprised not letterbox size like some competitors.”

“Whilst the website did warn that only 93% of deliveries turned up on time with Royal Mail, mine didn't turn up on time so I wasn't 100% satisfied as they misses my Mother's birthday. The flowers were lovely and well presented.”

“Ordered two separate deliveries of same bouquet I had been so thrilled with. My sister was very disappointed with hers. It arrived a day later than specified, box appeared damaged and the tiny daisy flowers were drooping and sad. My daughter was thrilled with hers, saying it was beautiful and perfumed whole house, whilst her son made a rocket from the box. I will use you again as think it may have been the carriers fault not yours.”

“Pretty flowers but they died in 4 days. We added the food, they were in a vase with fresh water but still died in 5 days. I expected longer for £25 of flowers. Supermarkets last 2 weeks”

“Until recently, I've always been 100 percent satisfied with Bunches. However, out of 3 recent orders within the space of 2 weeks, only 1 bouquet arrived on time including premium card being late too. Poor response from customer service as well. Remember to factor in extra £5.99 courier charges these days if you want Bunches to deliver on time. Then shop around.”

“Flowers and chocolates arrived yesterday from my husband for our anniversary, absolutely beautiful flowers, apart from two of the freesia's had been wrapped folded down so were broken and the roses although look lovely are completely open so will not last very long. I didn't have the heart to tell my husband about this as he would have been very upset having spent a lot of money on them for me. Such a shame that just a lack of attention to detail ended with broken flowers.”

“I ordered two lots of flowers for twins birthdays who live in different parts of the country. One arrived on their birthday the other sadly the day after their special day. I understand that I could have paid even more to guarantee they arrived on the right day but really this guarantee should be in price you pay as I paid a lot for two bunches of flowers. You shouldn’t have to pay more for this service. Next time I will use a company who guarantees the flowers will arrive on the day requested”

“Lovely flowers but do not look like the pictures, I expected them to be full and beautiful, they are open now but very space, I really don't think they are worth the money, I sent these to my mum as she lost her mum to covid 19 and wanted to cheer her up, they did but not me. Sorry”
