Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “Flowers were left beside dustbin bin with no note put through the door to say where the flowers had been placed. So recipient only found them 3 days later when I enquired with her whether she had received flowers or not.”

“was ordered for a monday delivery did not arrive till the following saturday after i gad emailed and got no response so i ordered from a different company so would not recommend”

“Didnt last very long, highly disappointed with them & for the price they were was expecting better quality. Going to stick with supermarket flowers, get more for your money & last so much longer, bought some from supermarket 4 days before Mothers day & still going strong 2weeks later, whereas ones from here came day before Mothers day & some only lasted a couple of days. Really disappointed with them & wont be ordering again. Would not recommend them at all if i could leave no stars i would”

“The bouquet was nothing like the one in the product description. It was not as full and didn’t contain anywhere near the amount of flowers in the picture. The flowers were sparse and some were dropping. Looks like such a sad bunch of flowers. I complained to Bunches and asked for a refund. They instead have offer to send a replacement bouquet out to me. I don’t have very much faith that it will be much better though. I thought as they are a new company and the bouquets look nice, I’ll try them out for Mother’s Day, but I was left disappointed.”

“I ordered flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day this year and asked for them on the Saturday as I knew they would be in . They were delivered on the Thursday and they only had eight flowers in them and a load of twigs. They also didn’t last very long and had to be thrown out within a week”

“Terrible. The bunch of flowers was really underwhelming....whilst I apparently have the correct number of flowers once in the pot they looked sparce and depressing so had to be replaced by m and s. I won't be buying from them again.”

“Ordered for Mother's Day for Mother and Step Mother. Delivery was set for Saturday, the day before Mother's Day but the flowers for my step mum did not arrive until Monday - 2 days late. So very disappointed. Why offer Mother's Day flowers etc. when you cannot deliver on time? I should have gone to my local florist who would have delivered on Mother's Day itself.”

“Very disappointed with my purchase, Looked nothing like the photo. I did send an email to give my feedback, but feel like I was just fobbed off. "Wait as they are buds and they will open", but that wasn't really my complaint. The colours and everything were completely different and that didn't change over the days. Such a shame but due to this I would not order again or recommend. I did not want to put a review on social media as I do not like to complain, and emailed first to see if it could have been resolved but as I do not feel that was the case I am quite happy to now add a review with the photos to show what I received compared to what I ordered.”

“Sadly the first time I have been let down by bunches after many, many years. What I ordered for my mum on mother's Day bore no resemblance to what arrived. I have raised this as a complaint but was told I could receive a 'small box of chocolates' for the broken stem. I think they completely missed the point. Standards not as expected.”

“Flowers were minimal and I paid extra for Mothers Day picks that did not arrive. When I wrote to advise that they were missing they offered to send out the picks. Ridiculous considering they would have arrived several days after Mother’s Day when the flowers were already dying!”

“It’s a complete rip off. Don’t waste your money buying this. I spent £30 on a bunch of flowers which was so tiny that it would be a shock if it was even £10. I felt stupid spending so much on it and you will too. Don’t be like me and ignore all the negative reviews, either go to a supermarket where you’ll get way more flowers worth the price. Or buy from a different company, because this is a complete scam.”

“Floral display was not like the picture .when flowers arrived it was 16:10hrs my mother had already left my house. I had requested delivery before 3pm. Overall was not pleased. I doubt I will use this service again. Very disappointed.”

“The flowers were ordered for Mothers Day, they arrived a day late and were dry and very sad looking. The bouquet did not look as full as that pictured on the website. Very disappointed. I would not use this provider again”
