The flowers my friend received were different from what I ordered. They looked so bad. I was very, very disappointed. I will never order from here again.

Little disappointed with the lack of flowers to be honest, didn’t feel like I got very much for what I paid. I think I could have a got a nicer/bigger bunch of flowers from Tesco for same amount of money. Couple of the flowers were snapped in half also. Went to my local flower shop a couple days later for my mother's birthday and revived more what I expected for the money I paid.. delivery was good and on time however. But I won’t be back. Apologies.

When I made the order (No WA12722561) on 21st November it stated 'next day delivery. Valerie Slack was transferred from Chesterfield Hospital to Ripley hospital on 23rd November. She should have had the flowers and chocolates on 22nd November. She never received them. I should have a full refund or a free new order. If you provide this I will give you a better review. I'm not on Instagram so cannot verify

Not happy, used this company for years but prices increased, now charging delivery and I ordered flowers for a specific date and they were sent out 3 weeks early for someones birthday, completely pointless

The flowers were a gift and meant to arrive on Friday 17th November 2023 - they arrived late on Saturday 18th. My friend sent me a 'photo. The flowers didn't look very good - a sad representation of what was shown on your web-site.

Flowers where very dried up on arrival, ordered these for my mums birthday 10th Nov she got them 11th . Visited her on 14th and most of them where dying , some already in bin . Not impressed

These flowers were foe a birthday and arrived a day late also when choosing them I deliberately did not choose letterbox flowers but they still left at the door in a box. I will nor be using this company again

I will never be ordering any more flowers from yourselves, I payed for a medium bunch of flowers an to say it was tiny is no understatement I've brought bigger bunches at my local supermarket for £4. I have a picture to show you.

Ordered flowers for a friend for her birthday and delivery date said the date of her birthday. Thought this was fine but yes I didnt pay the higher price for guaranteed. Expected as a date was given that would be fine. NO! Royal Mail are useless and so despite bunches sending on time flowers were not delivered the next day buy day after. Not exactly fresh then and too late for friends birthday. I would be changing your delivery provider. Customer service just told me its 95% chance wont be delivered on the date and I didnt pay for guaranteed so tough, in other words!

We do provide the bouquet content which shows all the flowers that will be included so that customers are aware of the amount of stems they will receive. Our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase, therefore the arrangement can appear smaller on arrival until all the flowers have bloomed. Apologies for any disappointment this matter may have caused. Absolute rip off, the flowers arrived on time, but they were nothing like the picture of the flowers on their website. When my wife opened the box, it was so underwhelming and rather sad and very sparse. Yes, they say the few flowers are still in bud, but it’s way to expensive considering they use the usual “greenery tut” to try and bulk the bouquet! The card was wrong, as it wasn’t her birthday, but at least the words that I typed for it was! All in all, it was an expensive mistake and definitely will not use this company again. I should have gone to my usual supermarket, Lidl and spent £5 for a huge beautiful bunch of flowers or spend the same as I did with bunches and filled the boot of the car with flowers! Unfortunately………… my order that arrived in the post from Bunches, looked like the usual sad and unloved flowers, wrong card, that arrived in a fish and chips type of box. However, one plus point is that a week on and the “ flowers” are still looking okay in their vase. Woohoo!

The flowers were coming off the wrapping, and it wasn't wrapped properly. So when my aunt took it off the box the flowers and leaves were falling off the floor

Very disappointed. Sent as a gift. Flowers did not fully bloom and looked rather sad in the vase. I've used other companies before and been very pleased. I won't use you again I'm afraid.
