I chose bunches because it had a guaranteed delivery date and unfortunately birthday flowers were delivered two days late! I can’t comment on the flowers as I haven’t seen them but the late delivery meant my relative thought I had forgotten her birthday. Will not be using Bunches again.

Very disappointed with the quality of this order. Flowers were an Engagement celebration gift for my daughter. I paid £37.50 for them. Compared to other bouquets they received on the same day these did not last at all.

Sent a bunch of flowers for a bereavement. Inadvertently sent to the wrong address (same street, different postcode -my fault) when I called and asked for them to redirect (of which i said I'd pay full postage for) they flatly refused and said I'd have to order the flowers again. I've been a loyal customer for years but now will never use again.

If the delivery fails the item is returned. As the item is of a perishable nature, we would be unable to send this back out once it was returned to our warehouse. I ordered the florists choice deluxe bouquet expecting it to be bright and joyous and to cheer up my fiend who was unwell. Sadly what arrived was a bouquet filled with cheap drab foliage and a couple of Lilly stems in bud and some droopy dark purple flowers. All in all it was one of the most untidy and drab looking bouquets I have ever seen and I was so disappointed.

Flowers were left at the side of the house and no card posted to inform the recipient. They were found frozen the next day.

Chose a day for delivery item did not arrive, when I contacted them. I was told just because I chose a day that did not matter no apology. I will no longer be using this company.

Our Tracked 24 service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 90% chance of gifts arriving on the date selected. So disappointed , I did let you know , absolutely no point in that!The blooms were very tired and didn’t pick up. Lesson learnt will revert to my usual supplier. Two customers lost 😡

Have to say was very disappointed at the way the flowers were just left over the wall ! Also then to open them with a couple of strands of flowers that weren’t at all in good condition , I won’t be using you again

Worst bouquet I have ever gifted from them. Stems had been shaken up in transit with several heads bruised or broken. Even accounting for this the flowers received looked nowhere near as voluminous as the photos on the website. Overall looked very mean, I've bought £3 supermarket bouquets which have looked more generous.

I will never be ordering from here again. i ordered some flowers for a family member who had lossy their mother and she sent me a photo of the flowers she received and they looked nothing like the photo online. all droopy looked like half the amount of flowers. I wrote a complaint and nothing was done about it. Don’t waste your money.
