I visited my daughter a few days after the flowers arrived and was very disappointed to find that they bore little resemblance to the bunch selected online. There were fewer flowers than expected and were quite small. I could have done better (and cheaper) buying in my local supermarket and making her wait a few days longer.

I Have received flowers today which were sent to me as a thank you from my cousin , I haven't got the heart to tell him that there's not enough flowers to fill out my small vase! Looks nothing like any pictures on Webb site .

Having paid £21.99 for flowers I was expecting it to be at least a bunch that would fill a vase. I was so shocked at what was received I had to appologise for my gift as I was embarrass it made me look a cheap skate .would have had better value at Tesco express for a lot lot less

I was extremely disappointed at the quality and number of flowers received. Compared to the picture shown on your website, there was nothing like the volume or quality of flowers. These were for my mothers 70th Birthday and I am disgusted at what was delivered for the cost. In total there was 9 carnations, 3 butterflies, 4 fresia stems 1 stem of gypsophilia. I have taken a photo and will send this seperately

I ordered the flowers as my girlfriend was extremely ill. The flowers on the website looked amazing and for this reason I chose one of the expensive ones. I also added a personal note with a card for a further £1.99. When the flowers arrived they were in a very poor condition and didn't look fresh at all. In addition my private note was not attached to the flowers nor was in the box, to my great disappointment. A very poor experience. As my partner is ill my focus is on her, however I will be sending a complaint. In the meantime I expect to hear back with your comments regards Mr Mistry

Flowers were delivered a day early and were past their best when delivered. Only a very few of the flowers were in bud as promised and overall they were very disappointing.

I'm disguised by this, I had my first bunch of flowers sent and they was all dead something picked from a grave yard. Then they kindly sent me a free pack out with no free chocolates in with worse condition. I want a refund never again! However the Staffa re nice

The flowers for our friends 50th arrived in a workplace full of colleagues. We have always ordered from bunches and our families have also so we have clubbed together for an arrangement that looked spectacular on the images. Imagine our disappointment and embarrassment when the arrangement came and it looked as if it was a off the shelve bunch of flowers from Marks . It looked nothing like the image. We wrote to express our disappointment and we got a sorry and could we count the stems! And the flowers would be better when placed in water ! we wrote back and said our friend had taken the flowers home and it was embarrassing enough without asking her to count stems ! We have heard nothing more ! Totally put off now not only the flowers but the inability of the customer services to put things right .

I ordered these on behalf of work colleagues for a retirement, we had collected the money to pay for them, they were very very disappointing. I was expecting great things having seen the flowers on the web, and used bunches many times before, they looked like a bunch of flowers you would get from a petrol station. I was mortified. Would appreciate a refund so I can by the lady a bottle of champagne instead. My colleagues wanted to go to a local florist i persuaded them to order from bunches, they were not happy. Will I purchase again? doubtful.

The flowers were just dropped off at the address with no card. I had to tell her that I sent them to realise it was from me. I did not receive any email with confirmation of delivery so I kept wondering if my friend ever got the flowers. The flowers had nothing to do with the image of the website. They looked completely different. Overall very disappointed.

For the price paid and picture provided the flowers and cake were exceptionally small. Could have bought 7 decent size bouquets and a decent size cake for this price. Disappointed is an understatement. Won't use this service again

deliver boy left the flowers with sweets on the street, near garbage container, and told that there was no one available to sign and left a card with the phone number. I have foto. The worst service ever????????????

Flowers were very disappointing. They were destined for my friend's 50th birthday. The flowers were not in bud and only lasted a few days. I have used Bunches many times, and having recommended you to friends, this is very disappointing

I paid for a large bunch of flowers and a card the bunch of flowers I got were very small and looked pathetic even the standard bunch in the photo looked to have more also the card was a total rip-off as well a 6x4 good quality print paper and charged £1.99. this was for our 30th wedding anniversary I thought I would try to impress and in the end I was so embarrassed I had to go to my local asda to buy a top-up bunch of flowers at a cost of £8. and these were far bigger and better than the one's I had delivered and I paid £24 for them will I ever use this company again not in my lifetime ruined part of a very special day for us

I ordered the extra large for my friend who just had a new baby and I was fairly disappointed to find that the bunch she received was tiny in comparison to what I paid for. I'm very disappointed with this.
