2 orders of Flowers arrived 3 days after requested!!!! Full address given,excuse was possible incorrect postcode but used the one I was given. Email apology after request for response,no mention of refund etc. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my dad for his retirement and they got delivered a day early! Also opted for a 25 stem buch for an £5 and the bunch was very small with lots if flowers already fallen off the bunch! Wasn't very pleased as was recommended by a friend! Won't be using again

The flowers looked nothing like they did in the advertised picture. And some was half dead only lasted 2 days before they died

The person I had ordered for did not receive the flowers and I am very disappointed as she has now gone abroad for a week

Rubbish flowers, could have got better at a petrol station, not worth the money. I paid £6 for delivery by DPD and the flowers turned up in a taxi!! The box was damaged and soaking wet as was the card inside.

I expected something like the photo on your website. I bought the flowers for a Chinese wedding which I was going to join via Skype. The flowers arrived on the Monday morning and they should have opened by the Wednesday. They didn't and the whole point of them (red and gold for good luck) was lost. They aIso were not as I had expected, an arrangement they were just cut flowers. I would have been better buying a bunch of roses for £10 at my local Waitrose

I paid an extra £5.99 for courier delivery and yet the flowers were posted with Royal Mail. Poor service

When you buy flowers you expect to know that they've reached their recipient safely. In the case of bunches, they don't track their parcels just send them out in the post. When I asked if my flowers had been delivered I was told I'd have to ask the recipient. They did not arrive on the day I'd chosen either and so the lady my flowers were going to wasn't in meaning they got sent to a sorting office. I would not use this service again, instead I'd choose another company who track their deliveries and deliver on your requested date.

Very disappointed, the bouquet looks as though half of it was missing. A friend bought 3 bunches from a supermarket for a third of the cost and there were loads more flowers.

Flowers were delivered early even though I ordered two weeks prior for a specific day, flowers looked dishevelled and have only lasted 3 days. Poor quality for nearly £20. Sorry I won't be using again, was disappointed

I ordered a hamper for my daughters wedding anniversary. it arrived , literally thrown over a six foot fence. a lot of the biscuits were crushed. the hamper cost 49.00 and i expected the hamper to be worth the money, but not worth 20.00. spoke to bunches and they were not interested. i wont be using this company again.

The flowers were delivered on the wrong day .i specifically asked for delivery on Monday 18th September not Friday 15th September .

Thank you for your review Nicola, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the delivery of your flower gift. We have taken a look into your order and can see that you selected to use our free delivery service with the Royal Mail. As advertised this delivery service will take place over a 1-2 day period and although we no not know which day out the two your gift will arrive on once dispatched we do know that it will arrive within the period stated on your confirmation. For customers who wish not to take the risk of their gift not arriving on the day of the choice we do offer a courier service for an additional £5.99 or £7.99. I was not at home to take delivery of a birthday bouquet. Royal Mail left a card through my door, with no indication that the package contained flowers or anything perishable. When I collected the package the next day, the flower stems were as dry as a bone and the flowers wilting. One bloom head was broken and unuseable and the gypsophila was fit for nothing. This system simply does not work and the quality does not reflect the prices charged. I have advised the sender not to use this service again.
