The flowers I ordered had a small miniature of rhubarb and ginger gin with them, this was why I ordered that particular selection. It was not with the flowers delivered.The surprise birthday gift was a big let down.

Flowers arrived 2 days after date requested. Standard Royal Mail delivery requested, appreciate only 97% make it on day, but 2 days😏. Flowers were ok, not sure if they last long though.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey therefore they do need to be arranged and given a little time to bloom to resemble our online image. Didn't think the flowers were good value for money.Could have bought similar flowers in the local supermarket far cheaper.And was very disappointed with the baby balloon I got,was tiny!

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. the flowers do need a little time to bloom to see the full beauty of the arrangement. The balloon chosen with the gift was a min-loon, this is a small balloon on a stick which is designed to go in the vase with the flowers, the dimensions of the balloon are shown on our website so customers can make an informed choice. Flowers which were important for an occasion arrived a day late even though I ordered them five days in advance. I contacted Bunches to ask where they were, the response was the develivey service is not reliable, - not great.

This is the second time I’ve used bunches , and while the first order was excellent , I was very disappointed in the flowers this time. I’d ordered freesias which were described as being in tight bud designed to open and release their fragrance. My daughter in law the recipient was delighted with the gesture of me sending flowers to her and sent me a photograph in which I could see they were almost all fully opened. And didn’t last very long.

Purchased the birthday bundle as a gift for my daughter-I was embarrassed when I saw them and apologised to her. Very sparse bunch of flowers. She did say the cake was nice though!

After using bunches for many years I sent flowers for mother’s day via bunches this year. Sadly they were of poor quality so bunches replaced them and the second time around they were nice. I decided to put my trust in them again this month for my mums birthday- I wish I hadn’t. The flowers only lasted 2 days. I will not trust them again.

I Bought this for my 1st Grandchild who lives 500 miles away. Apparently the flowers were nice and the blue elephant was lovely and soft. Unfortunately there was no miniature balloon as pictured in the advert. The miniature balloon was one of the main reasons I purchased this item.The ideal size I thought to put in a baby's memory box but sadly this was not to be. Extremely Disappointed

I was very disappointed with the bunch of Frischia sent to my wife for our wedding anniversary. Many of the flowers failed to open. I chose Bunches because my wife has used the company a number of times. She now doubts whether what she sent to family and friends was satisfactory. It is unlikely that we shall use the company again. Andy Gibson

Ordered 20 Freesias which were guaranteed for 7 days. As a birthday gift all but dead in 5 days. Nice while they lasted!

Service usually good but this time flowers were delivered a day after my requested date. Aware you give yourselves this leeway but still disappointed they arrived the day after the recipient's birthday. Normally this isn't a problem.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a friend for a special birthday. Although the photo my friend sent me of the bouquet was beautiful, I was very disappointed with the fact that they were delivered the day after our requested date and therefore a day late for her birthday. It was pleasing to see free delivery advertised on your website, but surprising to then find, when placing my order, a statement saying 97% of orders are delivered on your chosen date but in order to guarantee a date you need to pay a supplement. I really didn’t think this to be necessary given that the gift card message read “Happy Birthday” I mistakenly put my faith in my order falling into the aforementioned 97%. I was somewhat surprised and so disappointed that the chosen date couldn’t be achieved. Purely for this reason I would be reluctant to use Bunches again or recommend to others.

Paid quite a bit of money for what I was shown online was a huge bouquet of flowers. When they arrived, I was severely disappointed with the bunch of flowers that I can tell you right now are ÂŁ2.00 in Aldi. The chocolate cake I added to the order was excellent, but for the price, it really should have come with it. Best thing about the product was that it arrived in time.

When I saw the photo of the flowers in the hospital I was very disappointed as they did not resemble the photo in the catalogue. Maybe I was too naive. I would not use this service again.

Great flowers but they arrived a day late so this is disappointing. I know delivery isnt guaranteed but i booked several weeks in advance so very disappointed not on the correct day. They were good flowers though.

I purchased the flower arrangement in a box as a birthday gift for my mum. To be honest I was quite disappointed. For the cost of nearly ÂŁ32 I expected more.

I want to write a good review but I'm not sure that the flowers I ordered actually arrived at the correct destination. The recipients cannot find any record of it arriving and no card. Real shame as they were to show sympathy at a tragic time. Although, I'm sure this is just an anomaly. Easy and user-friendly website though.
