very disappointed they were for a special anniversary and were almost dead they lasted a day before dropping all petals.

I have always ordered flowers for friends and relatives through Bunches but have recently been very disappointed with my last purchase. I ordered one of the sunflower bouquets and within 5 days they had to be thrown out as they were looking in a really sorry state and looked like they had gone rotten. I'm hoping this was just a one-off.

Unfortunately i mistakenly wrote 3 instead of 33 and the flowers were sent back as number 3 refused delivery i dont even know if they have returned to you or just gone, wasted 20 pounds and let my pregnant niece down quite sad really

Ordered flowers for my mum's birthday. Picked a particular bouquet that would remind her of the flowers along the lane she would have picked as a child growing up in her local town. Unfortunately the bouquet she got DID NOT reflect this. The flowers were not the same as shown in the picture. Upon complaining was asked to provide a picture. Trying to get my mum to send me a pic was a challenge. The response received was give it a couple of days for the buds to flower. We did. Still no difference. Sent another pic. No response!!! Do not use Bunches unless you do not mind what they send. Apparently they know your close family better than you so will choose what to send.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. The bouquet was of a poor standard had I known I would have spent the money at any supermarket. Very disappointed!

I have been a very loyal, longtime customer of Bunches, spent literally hundreds of pounds with you but was let down badly with the last 2 deliveries. I wrote to customer services and was told that although I had requested a certain date there was no guarantee of delivery on the chosen day which I understand but to be told the flowers had been sent out 3 days earlier was unacceptable. Upon receipt of the flowers my Aunt told me they were dry & limp - hardly surprising having been in transit for over 3 days. Your customer service person was not at all bothered, simply stating ‘it tells you this in the small print upon ordering’. I had to go to Moonpig, order another bouquet which was sent & received by my Aunt the very next day. I was so upset with Bunches & unfortunately will not use you again.

Saddest bunch of flowers ever. £20 on a tiny bunch- petrol station has better, misleading images. Do not use.

Customer service is disgusting, they don’t care, they have your money they not bothered after that. I would never recommend this company to anyone, I will never use again. Should be ashamed of themselves.

The flowers that I picked due to the lovely photo on the website came nothing like it was supposed to look like. The prices are nice and reasonable but was very disappointed with the product.

If it had not been for our anniversary and not wanting to upset my wife i would have complained at once. Flowers looked very sorry after just two days. Lesson learnt shall not be using the service again

Since I never saw the flowers I am not in a position to answer this review. I took Bunches on Trust! I have made a rating in order to submit this review. I don't know who made the delivery or how long it took to get there?

Our order was placed on 10th August for delivery on 12th August. Appreciating the flowers may be delivered 1-2 days late because of COVID as stated by the Bunches website, we accepted this. However, we were not happy to later find out the flowers didn't arrive until 18th August. Very unimpressed with the service

Very disappointed. The sunflowers were past their peak and only lasted 2 days before dropping. Left with 2 underwhelming roses and a few daisies.

You sent a replacement cake, but unfortunately it has been delivered squashed, it was damaged when delivered.

The flowers were wilting on arrival and certainly were not impressive enough or for the price paid... My elderly mother had to bin them after less than 5 days. First and last purchase sadly.
