“I was very disappointed with the flowers which were sent to my friend for her birthday. The picture of the ones I ordered had at least 8-10 stems My friend sent me a picture of her flowers and they looked very sparse.”

“Flowers looked NOTHING like as advertised. Spent £20 plus delivery for a congratulations present - could have got better by spending a fiver at Tesco. Definitely would NOT recommend. I was also refused a refund.”

“Freesias ordered for my wife's birthday were most disappointing. Straight from the box they looked pathetic and it was obvious they would never open up to match the illustration. A similar incident occurred some years ago and I vowed then never to order Freesias again. Being my wife's favourite flower I decided to give them another try, will I never learn! Sorry but my advice is don't buy Freesias”

“Ordered the XL Cherry Blossom bouquet and all I can say is thankgod I never sent them to my Grandma direct. I honestly could not believe I had paid £33 for a bunch of flowers that looked this horrendous, paid for 28stems ended up with 24 and 3 snapped heads. I could have paid £12 at a supermarket and got a much better arrangement. This was the first time I used Bunches and definitely the last!! Thankfully I am getting a full refund.”

“If I could put 0 star that would be accurate. Flowers arrived with snapped stems, incorrect amount of stems for the amount purchased, were wilted and dead. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. Do not recommend.”

“First time I have used Bunches, and will be the last. I ordered flowers for my dear friends 50th birthday surprise on Monday, and to date she has still not received them. Bunches now asking me to check if Royal Mail have left a “tried to deliver card”, and to check that I have provides the correct delivery address. I am liaising daily with her husband, and now feel extremely disappointed as this was for a special occasion.”

“The flowers delivered were nothing like the picture on the website. I wrote to complain and was told it was because they were inbud when delivered and would look much better when they opened. They still looked very poor after they opened. I’ve used other online flower sellers and not had this problem before.”

“I ordered orchids for my vèry dear friend. They delivered two bunches of tulips!! I paid £19.99 they were very expensive tulips. I am very disappointed. When I emailed bunches they said the orchids were of poor quality and had to be returned. Two bunches of tulips does not make up for a beautiful bunch of orchids.”

“My mothers birthday was on 6th January 2018, The flowers I ordered should have been delivered on 6th January, instead they didn't arrive until 8th January, 2 days after my mothers 75th birthday. Would have been nice if they had arrived on the right day.”
