I have used you many times. This time I had to change delivery address in UK. I've always been sending from same address in Australia. I may have used the wrong password (like other people, there are just too many to remember), but it seemed to become chaotic. I abondned it for the evening, but it seemed to go through the following day

very poor. whilst using DPD to deliver your flowers along with other bulk parcels - you flowers will never be prioritised. POOR customer service. used this company for over 6 years - never again!

I ordered a bouquet to me delivered on 18th Dec. It did not arrive. When I complained, I was told an upgrade would be delivered by courier. Also did not arrive!

Placed order to be delivered on 18th December. Called the recipient on Christmas Eve to wish them happy Christmas. I asked did they like what I had sent them. It never arrived. So they received nothing from me for Christmas. Tried calling Christmas Eve but you were already closed. I have used other companies in the past with no problem. I will never use Bunches again.

I ordered what seemed to be a gorgeous bunch of white tulips for a funeral and I paid £21.99 for them and there was about seven tulips in the bunch. I was so embarrassed when they arrived as it looked like I'd got them from a near by petrol station, the bunch was so sparse. I wil not be using bunches.com again.

The person my plant was delivered to did not accept the delivery, however Bunches neither notified me of this, nor confirmed the delivery so I didn’t find out until much later.

Flowers not delivered, but charged for. On querying, I was informed that apparently we had not filled in the correct address, house number or email address. Baffled by this as my money was taken Very poor customer service

Very bad roses , all the plants ware dusty , and didnt look at all nice, i was first time customer, and i will not buy again, didnt put some atention in my annyversary bouquet. Don't buy from this shop. Thank you

Absolutely dreadful. Sent my mother in law a Christmas plant. She ,Ives in a retirement village somthere is someone about always. The flowers weren't delivered as my mother in law was out and the delivery person didn't have enough initiative to leave them. They went to the post office instead. My sister in law had to take her mum the next day and by that time the plant was wilted and pretty gone. We made a complaint and have heard nothing else. Expensive and disappointing. Won't bother again. £20 I may as well have burnt.

Extremely disappointed with the bunch of flowers that have just arrived! I had ordered what I expected to be a bunch of lovely fresh Christmas flowers for my elderly neighbour. What came was a sparse looking, wilted and browning bunch of flowers that looked like I’d picked them up from a petrol station a few days ago! What a waste of time and money. I would have been better getting a bunch of flowers from our local supermarket- which is exactly what Im going to have to do now!!

Very disappointed...flowers NOT as those illustrated in the picture...very dark red,not vibrant as depicted. No knock at the door...box just thrown in the porch!

Order flowers to be delivered on Sunday paid for the previalge only for the courier DPD to say they couldn't find the address. Called bunches first rep gave me a number to call DPD only to find t were closed on Sunday. Called them back they also couldn't get hold of them. Floweres were delivered on Monday the the box was all battered and damp, flowers were in a terrible state called bunches who refunded the courier cost and arranged to send new bunch out on Tuesday by a different courier. Awaiting the delivery. BUnches will take up complaint with DPD. KAren

Flowers arrived day after my wife's birthday not when I was told they would be deliveried. Very disappointed will not be using Bunches again. Also Unimpressed with the flowers .

I have regularly used Bunches for flowers, on this last occasion the flowers were for my partner so I actually saw them. I was disgusted with the size of the bouquet, it looked nothing like the illustration, over a half of the blooms were missing, this was not a 'cheap' purchase. My concern is what were the bunches I sent previously like. I await your response

Christmas plants in wicker basket delivered in cardboard box that wasn't suitable, plants all lying on bottom of the box wicker basket on topof them.

Absolutely disgusted ,what was supposed to a beautiful Cyclamen,in a copper pot .It had been placed in a cardboard box that was far to big for the size of plant pot.No packing to protect the plants. Box was dumped on the doorstep with the top of box already opened ,the soil was in the bottom of the box ,one plant was upside down in the pot and the other was on floor of box with its flowers and stems all broken off. I feel for my Step Mother who paid good money for what was supposed to be a lovely Christmas gift to me .WIll recommend to her that she never uses your company again.

1. Flowers sent by Royal Mail never arrived. 2. Replacement flowers sent by courier were not delivered. Verbal apology from Bunches, but no compensation was offered.
