I am very disappointed about the delivery. The flowers were GUARANTEED to arrive on the day of my choice (Sunday 31st of December was displayed on your website) and I paid an extra fee for a delivery before 13pm. They were delivered 3 days later! I specified the phone number of my friend and no message was left to her. No apologies were given for your unreliability! I will not choose your company any more! Wasn’t happy, a delivery slot box was available for the 30th December I picked it.. for a delivery for a best friend who is being looked after by her family and MacMillan nurses as she is terminally ill.. her Birthday was the 31st Dec so I felt happy she would receive the flowers,cake,card and butterflies in time....I emailed the family to say expect the delivery ??? Nothing?? I emailed Bunches twice... and I thought received a rather Cold response? I was very concerned she wouldnt pass away before she received her flowers, as it would have been devastating should they arrive afterwards, so yes I was very upset and concerned.The delivery arrived on the 2nd January, I asked for an honest opinion in the flowers and I was told they didn’t look fresh and probably wouldn’t last long ?? I have used Bunches three times and I have to say this time I have been let down...

The flowers l ordered was not good quality at all .half of them were dead and not good quality. Waste of money.

I ordered 'Snowflake' and cream and white bouquet and what turned up had pink in it and looked woeful. Very very disappointed

My flowers arrived looking beautiful by day 3 they looked half dead and all the new flowers never came out. Not very happy

My friend sent me a picture of the flowers. Not good quality. Carnations didn’t open up. I’m upset as I’ve used bunches in the past and I’ve always been happy.

very disappointed ,they tried to deliver flowers ,excuse was there was nobody in road toleave them with.so as it stands Christmas and new year gone ,and y mother did not get her flowers.she spoke to her regular postman he said he would get them for her,still nothing,they be dead now what a disappointment.wont buy again from you regards mrs tubbs

Arrived a day early, before recipient out of hospital..Three of the tulips were snapped upon arrival & the remaining ones have stayed closed

Flowers were delivered to my address rather than my mother's so she didn't receive her suprise birthday gift. When I opened the parcel I was very disappointed with the quality. The bunch looked like £3.50 supermarket flowers.

The flowers I sent to my Mother did not arrive until almost a week after they should have and when they were delivered she found them dumped outside her door and most all of the bouquet were dead.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Christmas. They were supposed to arrive by the 23rd December but still hadn't arrived by late on Christmas Eve. I have since sent emails to the company requesting a refund. So far I have not had any refund. I have been waiting 3 days. I don't feel that this is good customer service.

Hamper was left insecurely outside my elderly mums address ,luckily my brother arrived 11pm ,so Hamper must have been lying there for some time .
