To be conpletely honest I've used Bunches quite a few times and have generally been happy6 with the products. I sent my Mum flowers last week and she sent me a photo of them. I was quite disappointed in them for the simple fact I'd spent £22.99 on them and I could have bought a better bunch of supermarket flowers for a tenner. I didn't write to complain as they were as described - 21 stems of iris and freesia. I just thought that they weren't worth it and did not look nearly as nice or full as the ones pictured. Also, the irises lasted less than a week and the freesias aren't far behind.

The flowers arrived on time for a Birthday but the quality was poor I will not order again from yourselves😣

Delivery and website generally work but on several ocasions now the quality of product has been poor. I would not expect that flowers would only last 2 days before deteriorating greatly. Sadly I will not be using again.

The flowers were very sparse and a disappointment, the roses were drooping when they arrived . They were a surprise for my daughters Birthday so was not very happy.

The flowers were for a gift the person I sent them to sent a photo to say thank you, Have say when I saw the photo I was embarrassed very small and not th vibrant colour in your photos,

What happened.my Friend in Hospital did not receive flowers or told that they had been sent ?? Where they delivered ??

I was disappointed with this product and didn't consider it good value. Maybe I misread the details but was under the impression that it some with a vase as in the photograph. Instead it was just a few freesia s and tuplips.

Many of the flowers- 50% of the chrysanthemums, one of the two large daisies and an indeterminate flower- were droopy and well beyond their “sell by “ date. The flowers had arrived, well packaged, but without any water so all the stems were dry. When I contacted the company they were most concerned and said they would resend another similar bunch immediately, so very good customer service.

I felt that as I had chosen Royal Mail first class as the way of delivery, when they hadn't turned up I was left on my own to sort it out! Will not use again. If there is no support when people chose Royal Mail I don't think bunches should offer it. I might as well put a bunch of flowers in the post myself and cut out the middle man, i.e. Bunches.

Looked dead on arrival. Needed resuscitating with several days of recovery. Poor. Doubt I'll use them again.

I used this company for some years previously. However recently I accidentally clicked a next day delivery button on placing my order. As it was a Saturday I e-mailed the help desk but received no reply. I was charged £6.99 for delivery which seemed unduly high considering I had tried to amend my error. However my friend was very pleased with the flowers themselves. I have several special occasions this year but will be looking to use another company now.

There seems to be a problem sending the flowers on time TO THE SENDING ADDRESS WHEN IT IS ALSO THE RECIPIENT ADDRESS? posted on 11th Friday for delivery on 12th,not despatched two days before … arrived on Tuesday using a first class service, Late for my Wife's Birthday late for commemorating another month of marriage...quality of the flowers and upgraded card as expected The Cake is a big hit and now a week after despatch one of the flowers is starting to drop petals Never previously a problem with Royal Mail, perhaps weekend services are poorer? The local delivery Office is maybe 3 miles from my house a day for every mile?

O placed an order to bunches and they were delivered to the wrong address I phoned and another delivery was sent to the correct addressed but I was charged for two deliveries

The flowers were ordered on a monday for delivery on thursday and when they arrived all the roses were open and only lasted for 7days. Very disappointing as aldi flowers last for two weeks at least for a fraction of the cost.

Ordered on 6th Jan for a 9th Jan delivery - arrived late in the day on 11th Jan. Whilst I appreciate you can’t control Royal Mail it wasn’t even despatched till 8th so there was no way it would be delivered by the 9th. Very disappointed this time always been great service before. And it’s not a busy time of year for post either!

order placed on Fri 4 Jan for flowers to be delivered as a birthday gift on Mon 7 Jan. However, flowers arrived four days later during the late afternoon of Tue 8 Jan
