You didn't deliver the flowers on the correct day. I had to email the shop several times and they delivered more flowers a couple of days later. They were thrown over a gate although someone was in the house. Then finally the original bunch turned up in a very poor condition days later. I was very disappointed with the service, I wanted it to be a nice surprise for my friend and it wasn't

Flowers were dead. Re delivered. Yes that's good but not the point the event had been and gone. This is the 2nd this has happened. Might have to find someone else

I booked flowers on 2nd Jan for delivery on 5th my Sisters 80th birthday they were finally delivered on 7th in not a good state she was disappointed and so was I the picture on the website was miss leading as the amount of flowers looked a lot more than was actually sent to my sister .They did redeem their selves by delivering another bunch of flowers and they were lovely freesias my sister was pleased with them thank you .

The delivery service chosen was our free delivery which is based on a 1-2 working day delivery and Royal Mail do not work on a Sunday. The flowers should have arrived in a good condition and we are pleased to hear our customer support team put this right for you when the flowers arrived looking a little sad. The flowers that I had ordered were very disappointing, they arrived in 2 bunches with 4 tulips, 4 freesias and 2 sprigs of forsythia, they did not arrive as the photo was shown, it was embarrassing, also on the advert it did not state that the vase was not included. I am very disappointed with the whole presentation.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you have been disappointed with your gift. As our gifts go through the postal system we have found the safest way for our tulips to travel are in several sleeves to avoid them being damaged during transit. We do explain on our website that the vases are not included, the flowers are added to the vase on the image to show you what the gift may look like once been arranged in a suitable vase. My order was for 4 th January but the flowers did not arrive till 8 th., and they were past their best with one stem broken. Apparently this was the fault of Royal Mail. A second delivery was made on 9 th January and these flowers I believe were fine. I would probably not use this company again.

The flowers turned up at my sister's house and she was very disappointed to find that the roses were brown, there was no water in the container and the grass was damaged. I'm awaiting a refund.

I ordered these anniversary flowers on a Sunday to be delivered the following Friday as a surprise for my daughter and son in law. The flowers were not delivered until the Saturday and as they were away for the weekend they had to then collect them from Post Office the following Monday. It was a shame as the flowers were past there best. I'm normally delighted with service from bunches but will think twice about using them in future.

I ordered flowers for my friend following the death of her mother after being recommended Bunches. Whilst the flowers she received were pretty they looked nothing in comparison to what I’d seen on the internet site, in fact I was embarrassed when I visited her and asked her if I could see them. I’d never use bunches again as I felt ripped off and disappointed.

Received this bunch as a second when the wrong bunch I ordered was sent without a card saying who the flowers were off. This bunch was also very disappointing when comparing to the picture online. Bad experience all round and will not be ordering from here again

Flowers were not found for a couple of days seeing has they had been left in a bin and no note put through the door. Very disappointed.

This time my order was delivered in full bloom and after 7 days had to throw some out.After previous experience of your flowers lasting 3 weeks or more I am rather disappointed.

The gift was ordered to be delivered 28th December, but was delivered 30th. According to receipient, flowers did not look fresh. Some of the buds did not come out at all. Very disapointing to my wife and me, as it was a gift to my wifes 86 year old aunt. Has been goodbefore, but not this time.

Flowers were very dry and half dead when received. They were only suitable for display for two days after receipt. Very poor quality for the money and more like garage forecourt display flowers. The roses in particular were dry and looked to be frost burned on the petals

I have used bunches a few times and alsways been very happy, sadly this time the flowers didn’t last 3 days - and were a little underwhelming. These were for my mothers 60th . A real disappointment

Arrived the day after the event which sort of spoiled the thought intended. The order was placed more than a week in advance!
