The flower arrived a day late, they were not at shown on the picture and less flowers than advised, overall very disappointed.

Flowers were delivered the day after my mum's birthday, I understand it's a 95% chance of having them on the actual day, but as I ordered 3rd Dec for a delivery on 20th, I thought that was plenty of notice!

After looking into your order further I can see that your selected delivery date was the 20th December, the delivery service that has been selected, is our free delivery service. This service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 95% chance of the gift arriving on your chosen day, however this is not a guarantee and sadly the gift may arrive the next working day. It is strongly recommended that if the flower gift is required for a specific day or a special occasion such as an anniversary or a birthday then our courier delivery service should be selected for an additional charge. I received a bunch of Christmas flowers from loved ones today from Bunches. The packaging was perfect but the flowers within where not fresh. Some of them were droopy and the base of the stork looked dry and days old. The carnations won’t last long. It was a dispointment. I was not impressed at all but I was still glad that someone cared about me enough to send me the flowers. Please make sure to send fresh flowers in the future. Thank you and Merry Christmas

Flowers were fine but did not arrive for a very special birthday. . They arrived as late as possible following day. As first class delivery this is bad. Customers should be warned of 3 day delivery by Royal Mail. I was very disappointed

I sent the flowers from Bunches to an elderly friend for her birthday. Because she wasn’t able to get to the door in time, the flowers were taken to the sorting office where they remained for four days until my friend could have them redelivered. They were meant to be a surprise but becUse of what happened I had to tell my friend and ruin the surprise. Fortunately the flowers were still in a reasonable state when they arrived. What I’m really annoyed about is that on the instructions I said to leave them with a neighbour if the person was out and this instruction was clearly ignored.

I had always had positive experiences before this latest order. Sadly the carefully thought out message card to a poorly relative was omitted from the delivery, leaving the recipient with no idea who had sent the bouquet. When she enquired, she was told that data protection prevented sender information being divulged. Shame that they couldn’t have just read out the card to her as it was written on the order!!

I ordered some flowers for my wife on our 50th wedding anniversary. From the picture on the website of the flower arrangement it looked stunning but when they arrived some of the roses had already turned brown and they didn't seem to be anything like the size (even when they flowered) shown in the picture. Some never actually flowered at all. Also, they only lasted about 6 days before she had to throw them away. I know the cost wasn't what I considered to be expensive, even so, I was rather disappointed overall.

The beautiful bouquet arrived on time and as expected to my aunt’s house as a lovely surprise. However, there was no sign of any card suggesting who it came from - I expected it to at least have my name on it wishing the recipient my best wishes. I wasn’t clear from the website where to add the card details with my wishes.

After looking into the order further, I can see that the order was placed online and it appears that no gift tag message was left on the order for us to process. The gift tag message appears just before the payment and delivery details page on the website - I hope this helps. Ordered flowers for first time won't be using again I accept that there is a 95% chance that flowers won't arrive on exact day but 2 days after due delivery date is not acceptable when rang to enquire where flowers were was told they would be delivered by 6 pm which they were not they arrived next day I was concerned what state flowers would be in when they arrived as they were posted out on Monday and didn't arrive until thursday

Ordering was easy. Was delivered on selected day. Packaging good but was very disappointed with flowers. I chose luxury but it did not look great. Smaller than expected. Leaves had been coloured, badly and no paper wrapping on the bouquet. It looked rediculous rammed in a little plastic pot. It was a moving in gift and I was embarrassed as was there when it was opened and it did not have the disired effect.

Delivery and contact with the company good But on delivery several flower heads has broken off the stems. Either flower selection / Quality control is not suitable for courier delivery or Courier firm selected is not capable of handling flower delivery correctly

First time ordering from Bunches. Ordered flowers well in advance to arrive Friday before my mum's birthday on Saturday. Flowers did not arrive until Monday. Disappointing service.

I was able to see the flowers I sent to my best friend and I was very disappointed at the size of the bouquet- for nearly £30 I was better off purchasing the flowers from elsewhere. I will not be using this company again.

I was really disappointed as the real flowers looks totally different in comparison to ordered flowers in the picture at the website. They were really not in value of £23.

Once again Bunches failed to deliver on the day I requested - a day late - and the arrangement I ordered didn’t contain exactly the flowers described in the picture. So disappointed, it’s unlikely I will use them again.
