“I ordered flowers and card for my Mother's birthday on 4 December. Although advised next day delivery is not guaranteed, I and Mother were disappointed they arrived on 5 December.”

“The flowers arrived a day late and had not been looked after by RoyalMail , , every tired looking , I Had asked for a morning delivery but got a late afternoon following day ! Shame. Really ,usually on time.”

“I was not informed when delivered to my recipient, which would of been useful. The flowers were well packaged & I did see a photo & looked fresh, unfortunately I had to ask my friend if there had been a cake enclosed with the flowers - in which she had to go & find it in the recycling. Disappointing compared to other companies I have used recently.”

“I ordered a Christmas bouquet for my mum. Full price was £35 but I got 15% discount. Although flowers were nice, bouquet was very small so I was disappointed. I use bunches a lot but this was the first time I actually saw the flowers. Unsure if I will order again.”

“Was advised that delivery couldn't be guaranteed as first class mail but arrived on 3rd day after expected. Flowers seemed to be in good condition though. Would use again if date not crucial.”

“Was very worried. Expected delivery date was 1/12/20, so was disappointing they arrived a couple of days later. They eventually arrived on the 3rd. Apparently they were quite droopy and wasn’t in bud. But looked okay when watered.”

“Despite paying extra for next day delivery they arrived on time but weren't the freshest. Even 24 hrs after delivery they hadn't really picked up. Hoping this was a one off. Will try them again”

“The flowers were ordered on 16th November for delivery on 24th however the delivery did not take place until 26th November 2 days after my sisters birthday. the flowers themselves were very nice & included the individual cake which my sister was very pleased with”

“Actual flowers were beautiful BUT I requested Royal Mail delivery for both orders. Both orders placed at same time and each order arrived a day after the requested date. Disappointing when both were late and website claims 90% arrive on requested date”
