“Disappointed that Royal Mail let down the service - I ordered in plenty of time for my sister's birthday and the bouquet arrived a day late. Will use an alternative guaranteed service next time.”

“I ordered some roses and prosecco for a friend's 50th birthday and chose a specific date but went for the Royal Mail Tracked delivery option which stated that 95% of deliveries were delivered on the date specified. I was disappointed as they did not arrive on her birthday but 2 days later. I realise now that I should have chosen the guaranteed courier delivery. Nonetheless the flowers I was told were beautiful. You live and learn!”

“Flowers I ordered did not arrive until 7 days following my order, not delivered by Royal Mail, phoned Bunches to complain, flowers were delivered a few days later.”

“A little disappointed with this order. I bought the “Autumn freesias and roses” for my Mum’s birthday but she received gerberas and chrysanthemums. She still loved them, but not what I ordered. Also they arrived 2 days late which was a shame.”

“beautiful flowers ,the wife loved them. unfortunatly they came at .2.30 pm which was disappointing and being in a cardboard box were droopy but revived after water and care . i will try you again next time thank you Roger”
