“Hello. I have used bunches a few times and always been pleased but this time I find I am unable to say how happy or not I am because I do not know if my ordered flowers arrived at their destination. The recipient has not said so I am guessing that perhaps they never arrived. I guess I will have to ask the recipient... how embarrassing I think Bunches should advise on the website when they have delivered the flowers in the same way Amazon advises that their products have been delivered. Sorry but I am unable to give a review”

“Unfortunately the flowers did not get to my niece for her birthday. Even though I did order them to arrive the day before her birthday, they arrived the day after her birthday. The flowers were lovely and she did enjoy the birthday cake.”

“Flowers arrived day later than requested. I know due to current climate may be late but flowers weren't even in water or had a damp cloth around them and when delivered were wilted. Wouldn't use again.”

“Unfortunately, having ordered a delivery almost 2 weeks before the date required and stating a specific day and it being confirmed, the delivery was still late, disappointing the person who was receiving the gift. The flowers were nice though!”

“I always use bunches as they have lovely flowers and are reliable. However this time the flowers were late which hasn’t happened before and wasn’t ideal as they were for my mums birthday.”

“I was really surprised at the lack of contact after I’d made my purchase. I’d sent some flowers to a very ill friend. If she hasn’t gone to the bother of calling me to say thanks, I would not have even known they'd been delivered. When I have ordered off other sites, I’d always been sent a photo of exactly what my bouquet would look like and notification of delivery. I’m sure the flowers were lovely but unless I’m sending to myself I would never know. I can’t really answer the questions below -I assume they were delivered on time but my friend didn’t leave a message until a few days after.”

“recipient loved the flowers, my only complaint is I asked for them to be delivered on Monday 23rd and instead they were delivered early on Wednesday 23/11/20. Her actual birthday was 23rd it would have been nicer to get them on her birthday.”

“The flowers, as usual were stunning, very beautiful and still looking fresh. However, disappointingly, the vase that I ordered with the flowers leaked. That is the only reason I have given 3 stars, otherwise it would have been a 5.”

“Although service good, when my friend showed me a photo and video of the flowers, I felt they were very sparse looking for the price paid. They looked nice but not a lot of them to make them look very special. Thank you for delivering and it was a nice surprise for my friend. Regards Barbara Mathias”
