“Quality of the flowers were great but was really disappointed that even though they were ordered 2 weeks prior to the date I wanted them delivered they didn’t arrive until the next day.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “I made 2 orders. BOTH arrived the day after I had booked ...it was not clear that this was a two day delivery at the onset so both of my birthdays got their flowers late. Actual flowers were very nice . Just be careful of the dates when you order.”

“I regularly use bunches and have always been very pleased. However, I sent flowers to my elderly mother. What I didn't realise is that if you order the flowers to be delivered on a Monday, they will leave bunches depot on Saturday. Therefore the flowers are lying in a depot for over 2 days before being delivered. The flowers were finally delivered on a Tuesday. (4 days later) Fortunately, my mum said the flowers were lovely. When I spoke to bunches they said they or royal mail don't work Sunday therefore flowers will be disached from them on a Saturday. I appreciate that companies don't work Sunday but please make this clear on your Web site. Stating delivery will take 1-2 days does not indicate fresh flowers sitting in a royal mail warehouse for 3-4 days as was my case.”
