Some of the flowers were squashed and dehydrated so had to be thrown away😕

Good and bad experience really, as someone receiving flowers from daughter, they didn't arrive after over a week, and when they did they didn't have the card inside she had ordered, and the box was broken and damaged, so the flowers looked very sad and dishevelled. But the new bunch I got after she contacted customer services, were delivered promptly and were beautiful, so when it goes right the service is very good.

I ordered some flowers for my daughter in law on the 11-11-20 to be delivered on her birthday on the 16-11-20. I was very disappointed it didn't arrive until the day after her birthday. I won't be getting flowers from bunches again.

Disappointed that my order arrived 2 days after the date I ordered it for. Although there is no guarantee, if you want a Saturday delivery it is best to have it the day before due to Royal Mail only delivering upto 1pm.

The flowers were lovely although i was very disappointed that the codes did not work for the discount. I contacted the customer service team and was given three different codes, all which never worked. The team were loathe to put the code through for me, which was frustrating. After spending around 35minutes trying to apply the code i gave up which was rather disappointing.

Tried to buy a bouquet for delivery on November 23rd. Despite advertising free delivery I would have to pay for the delivery.When I queryed this I was informed that it was due to Christmas! Strange because November 24th was offering free postage.

I ordered some flowers for my sister who had recently moved house. When the flowers arrived they were beautiful however they arrived two days late and I never received any communication to say it was out for delivery or been delivered. Found the service disappointing but the flowers themselves were beautiful when they finally arrived.

I have used Bunches before but this time even though I ordered on the 18th for delivery by 21st Royal Mail didn’t deliver until the 23rd so I was a bit worried about whether they would be ok. I think a more reliable delivery service would be better.

Disappointed with the amount of flowers for the price paid. Was a gift a felt embarrassed only bought them online as unable to travel with local lockdown.

The website is easy to use. And there is choice. However, the after sales follow up is non existant. Aquarelle in France with whom you have a connection sends a photo of the flowers just before they are dispatched and an email to confirm that they have been delivered. These are services which would be very welcome on your site.

Mixed reviews. Delivery and ordering was excellent. Regarding the flowers, the bunch was really small for £30.00. I could get a bunch a similar size in Tesco for £6-10.00. Big mark up here.

The gift to our daughter was supposed to cheer her up when she was forced to celebrate her birthday in lockdown isolation. Unfortunately, it arrived a day late, even though we had paid for the guaranteed delivery. When I complained, I was simply informed that it was due to be delivered late, without any apology.

Very poor flowers very disappointed for the money paid they were very scarce and looked pathetic for a 40th bday gift. The extras I bought were acceptable

These flowers were meant for a special 80th birthday but sadly they arrived a day late with the packaging open, leaving the recipient wondering if anything had been lost from the package
