Was not delivered on the day after order as promised and because they were not for myself I cannot say what the quality was like-nobody likes to tell you that the flowers you sent were rubbish so hard to honestly review.

I have put 'acceptable' just!! Because the flowers delivered to my mother were rather limp, although they did revive once in water but I was disappointed that her first sight of these flowers were of a lack lustre limp bouquet ☹

Payed extra for flowers to be delivered on the day of birthday but they came the day after...

Flowers arrived and looked great. Unfortunately only lasted 5 days before looking a bit tired. Had hoped for a bit longer given the 7 day freshness guarantee

Had a mixed bunch delivered but sadly roses died very quickly and the rest of the flowers followed. Didn't last a week. Did email but did not get a reply.

Beautiful flowers BUT I paid extra for delivery on Monday, courier wanted to deliver on Sunday. If I had slept a bit longer and hadn't noticed the message, the flowers woukd have been delivered on the wrong day

This was a gift, as a thank you, to some close friends. Unfortunately the delivery was not made on the due date. It was a day late so what was to be a surprise could not be so as delivery confirmation only come to the sender not the receiver. I informed the recipient to look out for the delivery. They said the flowers were acceptable as there were clear instructions on reviving the flowers upon receipt. I do not know if these flowers were of your usual standards due to politeness.

The flowers were beautiful according to my mum, however she didnt know they had been delivered as no-one knocked on her door and they left them outside in the pouring rain... it was lucky they weren't damaged!!

The flowers were nice but the roses did not last the week so the recipient was disappointed with her gift. She likes the cake and the gerbera flowers.

Ordering was easy. Had order confirmation. Thats last I heard from Bunches. No update on day of delivery to say the flowers had be delivered. Had to rely on person receiving them to say thank you. Not good if you are sending them as a anonymous sender. In instance of charity

I ordered two deliveries of flowers on the same day. One arrived on the Saturday as requested and the other arrived on the Monday. It states delivery is not guaranteed for the day requested but usually the following day, which I would have expected to be the Sunday. However the postal service used was royal mail and they don't deliver on Sundays . For this reason I don't understand why they offer delivery for a Sunday when this isn't possible. My daughter was over the moon with them , but I think the Alstromeria was either past its best or suffered in the delay as it had yellowing leaves.

The flowers, cake and small card were lovely. However the box was damaged as the delivery driver threw it over my gate rather than ringing the bell.

Sent as a Birthday surprise to a dear friend, but she informed me that they looked half dead. Flowers did revive after following instructions but I just felt a bit disappointed Not sure how long they lasted

I saw the flowers that I sent this time and was disappointed with them. I am always very satisfied with your service and before the first lockdown, used to see the flowers my Mum received which I was happy with.
