Very disappointed at the size of the bouquet, very few blooms for the price.

Bought a bunch of flowers for around £37.00 which arrived as promised. This is the end of the good stuff, within a day the flowers especially the roses started wilting and turning, after a week there was nothing left. Ironically other friends and family brought flowers for supermarkets including a dozen yellow roses which after 6 days still look a fresh as the day they were placed in vases. I feel the flowers I bought from bunches weren’t as fresh as I’d expect or they had a torrid journey. Either way won’t be using bounces again.

I ordered flowers for my sisters 80th birthday and paid extra to ensure they arrived on the day. According to the delivery email and photo they were left in the front porch. The reality of the photo was that they were thrown over the gate to the farm so my sister did not get them until the next day. Whilst not the service Bunches would expect from their courier it was very disappointing and as a result the flowers suffered.

Although the flowers were delivered on time they were dead within four days and the recipient - my sister - was somewhat disappointed they didn't last longer.

A bit disappointed with the order. The package was slightly crushed which damaged some of the flowers, and they looked a little tired when opened. As for the price paid, not necessarily good value for money.

Flower delivery was nice. But sympathy card ordered was not sent! Instead someone else’s birthday card was sent in its place! Very unhappy regarding the service from Bunches despite apologies given and reimbursement of card price! Doesn’t cover the distress and embarrassment I had having to Apollo my grieving friend.

Normally have had nice bouquets from Bunches but the sunflowers in this bouquet were limp when they arrived and didn’t perk up with the water or plant food. The yellow roses were brown within two days. These were sent to me as a gift so it was disappointing for the person who had sent them that the bunch was not very vibrant or long lasting.

Wanted to order my mum a nice bunch of flowers and the ones on this website looked lovely and weren’t too overpriced. I ordered a bunch and when it came it looks empty compared to the picture online. Looks similar to that which I could get from a supermarket for a much lower price. The flowers themselves are lovely but the picture on the website was misleading and made it look much fuller than it actually is.

I ordered a bouquet of sunflowers that arrived in a box that said 'this way up' on the outside and yet the flowers themselves had been packed the wrong way round so that when the courier had kept them the right way up all the water in the container ran out and into the box. The chocolates that I had also ordered were then sodden when they arrived and the flowers were half dead - they did not recover. Very disappointed as this was a gift.

I've sent roughly 30 bunches of your flowers over the past few years but the quality of the most recent one was shockingly poor its made me reconsider whether I would buy again.

I ordered a lovely bunch of flowers but that wasn't what was delivered. I was shocked when I saw the picture of flowers my friend has received: only 4 flowers and some green leaves for which I was charged almost £23. When I complained to them, they only said that there may be seasonal variation and that's it. I felt deceived and cheated. I will never use this company again!

I sent one of your bouquets to a friend for her 84th birthday. I saw the flowers the following day and was disappointed - there were far fewer flowers than in the picture on your website.

Delivered on the wrong day ruining my dying Mum’s last birthday surprise. When I complained they offered me a measly £5 off a future order. Needless to say, I won’t be using them again. They get two stars for the quality of the flowers. Zero for the delivery, especially as I booked them a month in advance!

Unfortunately despite being a beautiful bouquet initially, after 2 days they had all but died. Such a shame as never had an issue before 😔

Flowers were left in full sun on one of the hottest days of the year…..they could have been put UNDER the bench they were left on….the flowers revived somewhat but your courier was at fault here…sorry.

First time buyer on bunches and was not impressed. All the flowers were droopy and shrivelled. My wife said she was happy with them but I knew she wasn't. Not a good first impression to be honest.

Item never arrived despite Royal Mail claiming it had been delivered and a card through. Very sad as these were for someone with a very sick husband to cheer her. Very sad indeed
