Was very disappointed to see the picture that my daughter sent for her birthday flowers. I ordered the EX Damson delight for the colour combination which I knew was a favourite of my daughter. The image on the website was nowhere near the flowers that arrived. They have filled out a little over the week but still a disappointment to me.

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. The flowers I ordered were £47 and I was underwhelmed when the recipient sent me a photo. The bunch was small with not many expensive flowers and the price did not replicate what was delivered. They arrived on time and the ordering was easy but unfortunately the flowers were not as expected and I felt that they were no better than a supermarket bunch which would have cost less than half the price. Customer service offered some advice- change the vase and wait a week to see if they change but as the flowers were bought for a bereavement I didn’t want to bother the recipient or let them know that I wasn’t happy with the service.

Pleased with the flowers but arrived a day late, even after ordering weeks in advance! I know the post office are not particularly reliable but maybe this could have been taken into account!!!

Our Tracked 24 service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 95% chance of gifts arriving on the date selected. Thought it was a bit rubbish using Royal Mail, she missed the delivery and rebooked it then wasn’t in again and no option to rearrange it so I guess they got left with Royal Mail as the sorting office was to far for her to get them

I bought my mum a 3 month subscription. And to be honest she said they were all very thirsty when they arrived and 2 out of the 3 bunches never really opened properly. So very disappointed

I’ve used these for years & have always rated them very high however this time there was a problem with one of my orders it just didn’t arrive at all so I complained & a free bunch of flowers was sent but sadly totally different to my original order & I wasn’t pleased with their choice

Bunch of flowers arrived as planned via the courier. It didn't come with any plant food and lasted less than a week before we had to put in trash.

Not very happy . Delivery on time, flowers look nice, But the flowers died far too soon, Contacted customer service they didn't sound interested , I thought with purchasing from not so cheap florist they would of been better customer service and flowers. So now am going back to B&M flowers

I've used Bunches for a few years now and always been pleased with the flowers they've sent and as such, l had no issues with ordering Valentines flowers for my wife. The cost was £30 and I was able to pay part cash and loyalty points. I had the flowers delivered to my wife's office and when she arrived home later in the day l was very disappointed as they bore no reference to what I had ordered. A small handful of carnations with a few pieces of gypsophillia that hardly filled a small vase. I will think twice before l place another order with Bunches!

Several of the Chrysanthemum heads had fallen off their stems into the packaging and the whole display looked jaded. Not acceptable at a price of £35. If you can't offer a decent product at this time of year you should discontinue delivering flowers. I took photos after two days that I have tried to forward to you.

Flowers that arrived didn't look the same as advertised ,a lot smaller roses arrived than what we're pictured an some damaged , won't be in in a rush to use again

Sorry to say ,the quality of the roses was not good, really only lasted 2 -days and not one rose opened fully...dissapointed.

I bought roses and freesias and the rose buds never really opened properly - bouquet just looked messy!
