Arrived on time, as usual, but there is no way that was over £40 worth of flowers. I think I’ll be going to the garage from now.

Very disappointed. The Parisian Dream on the website at £30.50 was described as lavish. Sparse would have been a better description. They were a gift for my daughter's birthday and congratulations on a new job. They bore little comparison to the photo on the website. What a shame.

As a regular customer, the flowers we receive are usually excellent and long lasting. However, with the last order of red roses, half of the flowers had died in under a week

This is the 2nd time I have used Bunches, I paid for courier service as previously. I phoned on the day of the delivery to be told they had not left the delivery and would try again the next day. Previously I had received updates all day, a photo of where they had left the delivery as no one was in. On the website it states to get an update the night before but I didn't. The person receiving the flowers got a parcel force missed delivery card. The person who was receiving the flowers had no means of transport and it ruined the surprise. I have spoken to customer services twice about this and although an apology was made during my phone calls, all the effort to ensure the delivery was made by myself. Not very proactive in the delivery / aftersales - no option to refund the extra charge I paid for the delivery. I would think twice before using this company again, due to the delivery options and updates a shame really as the flowers are nice .

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear the recipient was not available to accept the gift when the delivery was attempted. We do advise in our delivery terms that if the recipient is not home the gift will be taken to the delivery depot where they can be collect or a further delivery rearranged. As a delivery was attempted as instructed, we would not refund the carrier charge, as we cannot be held responsible for the recipient not being available when the delivery was attempted within the timeframes we advised. Disappointed at size of bouquet. Image seen misleading. However, Prosecco most acceptable. Don’t think I will order again.

failure to deliver flowers not acceptable, due to inefficiency of courier, and failure of Bunches to keep me updated with the problens they were having, failure to compensate, ie: refund, due to policy not to refund or compensate if error in postcode given by sendee, cannot find this get out clause in terms and conditions, overall not at all happy, I am a regular customer, or should i say was, and will not be using this totally inflexible company fot flower deliveries again.

We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details. Have always loved Bunches but my latest order was unfortunately not up to usual standard. The order was not despatched until the day it was due to arrive. Furthermore,the bunch of flowers delivered were not the orchids ordered. On the plus side, the recipient was still happy with their flowers.

Flowers were sent to the recipient on Saturday 21st January, to our work colleague as she had recently lost her Mother. Unfortunately, the flowers didn't last and by the 26th They were clearly beyond their best after only 5 days, even though they were Guaranteed to last 7 days. This was a disappointment to our work colleague, at this sad time and also that we paid £40.00 which seems expensive for flowers that didn't last. I do have pictures but have been unable to attach to this message. Regards

Ordered over a week before my Mum's 96th birthday, paid extra for delivery on the special day and the flowers were not delivered until nearly 4.00pm. Not overly impressed with that. Would have expected a morning delivery.

I was disappointed that the leaves counted as flower stems so the bunch i sent as a thank you i felt was not as good as other flower companies i have used so i wont be using this company again

Embarrassingly cheap looking and tiny bunch of flowers for the cost. They were delivered in time which is why I didn’t give one star. Would NOT have bought flowers from the supermarket where they would have been a quarter of the price!!!

Two flowers arrived with rotten stems and the rest of the bunch looked lack lustre. Not worth the money and wouldn't shop here again.

Whilst the flowers delivered were of good quality, I was extremely disappointed that they were not delivered on the day requested. It was the recipient's birthday and was to be a surprise, but were not delivered until the following day.

I’m sorry but I was so incredibly upset with my order. I’ve not complained as it’s my own fault for not going with a florist, but I thought I was ordering a bouquet - the flowers looked nothing like the photo online and we’re so small. They were for on top of my grandma’s coffin so I ended up having to go to a florist for an emergency hand tied bunch. The only thing redeeming a star was the delivery. £20 for a bunch of carnations, of which I saw the equivalent for £1.99 at my local green grocers.
