Over the past year or so it’s been increasingly frustrating to use the website. True customer service gets back but puts all the onus on the customer. No improvement has been seen. It’s in your interest to put matters right.

Ordered flowers for mums birthday on 11th July when she would be in as she is 92.Delivered on 10th to next door neighbour not till 4pm really hot day and some of the flowers had wilted with heat.Never had a problem before.

Sent a bunch containing 3 sunflowers to my daughter ahead of us arriving to stay 2 days later.... when we arrived 2 of the sunflower heads were dropped down along with one of the roses..... I know there has been extreme heat but these were in a cool room. Was really disappointed....

The flowers arrived very sad and almost dead I tried to revive them and it was no use. I was not impressed at all. My mum was struggling with Covid and just needed a nice pick me up … instead that happened. Sadly never again.

Bought a bouquet for my mother’s birthday. She sent me a photo to thank me when she received them. Absolutely gobsmacked at the tiny size of the bouquet considering they were almost £30! Disgusting

The flowers were beautiful when they arrived but sadly only lasted 48 hours before they wilted/died. For the price paid this was very disappointing.

Whilst the service received from "bunches" was good the recipient was disappointed with the product that was delivered as they looked like a cheap bunch of flowers that could of been purchased at a local supermarket.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. My second Bouquet delivered for a golden wedding anniversary last week. Very disappointed. Hand tied flowers that weren’t hand tied. Looked very poor. Won’t be using you again

Disappointed that both my last 2 orders arrived after requested delivery date even when they where ordered in plenty of time. Flowers where very pretty and lasted for a couple of weeks

I was pleased when my daughter sent me a bunch of peony. However as they opened they started to die immediately. I have not told her of course but feel very sad they were a disaster. Perhaps peony are not really suitable to travel. It is sad to say I will be wary of purchasing flowers again. I am so sorry to report back as it is rare for me to complain. Really it was so disappointing

Flowers and chocolates booked to arrive on Monday morning for a ninetieth birthday surprise, arrived Sunday morning, not much of a surprise but very lucky there was someone in.

I normally love my flowers from bunches, but these ones came with many stalks broken and barely lasted 5 days. Pretty disappointed 😞

Flowers were delivered but missed the birthday due to the postal service. Delivery said nobody in but someone was.

Very disappointed this time, I ordered freesias for my sisters 60th birthday and it seemed there was more gypsophelia to bulk the bunch out than freesias! A waste of money to be bonest

The flowers came on time on June 23rd, but unusually for Bunches, they began to wilt and decay by Monday 27th and my wife binned them by Tuesday which is two days less than a week from arriving. I buy lots of stuff from you, and have never had a problem - apart from when the postman could not deliver and took them back to the depot.
