I'm really sorry but I ordered the flowers for my daughter, but as it happened I went to visit her and was terribly disappointed with this delivery several of the sprays were damaged with petals dropping off and flower heads missing the Lily's were bent and squashed .i am very disappointed and felt this wouldn't want them to arrive , I have taken some photos which I can forward to you. Poor quality representation of delivered flowers compared to images of flowers ordered on website. Also requested the cake but was delivered the box of chocolates!

I ordered the flowers from the USA. The attached e-mail from my brother says it all; "Today at 10:25 To flowers@bunches.co.uk Message body very disappointed, my brother in the us send through you a bunch of flowers for my our mothers 84th birthday , ( order ID 6811121 ) well she received a very stingy bunch of dying weeds , the flowers if i can call then that where already sagging and dying i could not let my mother have that crap , thy went straight from the box to the bin , i ran out the my local shop and bought a very nice big fresh bunch of flowers and but then in the box and pretended thy came from my brother . disgusting service from your company , i take a photo of the crap you sent and will post it on my face book and you tube , i will also make a complaint to trading standards "

I ordered flowers for my mother in law. Her birthday was sunday so I opted for the Friday/Saturday delivery. They didn't arrive until today (Tuesday)

The flowers I ordered with a weeks notice never arrived. Very disappointing as they were from someone in hospital for a birthday.

There were a few issues with the delivery i placed at Bunches: 1) The card I left for my girlfriend was soaking wet on arrival - Some kind of leak in the box. 2) The free chocolates did not arrive with the flowers. 3) Some of the Roses were in a poor condition and were dead within a day of the flowers arriving. 4) The balloon that i purchased was on the small size. It's probably my fault for not checking the dimensions but i expected a normal sized balloon and not a miniature version. All in all i'm not a happy customer and with this being my first experience of having flowers delivered has put me off doing the same again. Would of expected a better service for the price i paid.

Flowers turned up with some of the heads off and the chocolates were white looked a bit off

It was my daughters birthday and she had just come out of hospital. Her flowers and birthday cake were not delivered and nothing can bring back that day or gesture. Very disappointed and could never trust this company again. I have sent email.

I have been using the service regularly and been happy with the service until my last purchase.. my mother was due for an op and I want to change the delivery address.. making contact several days before delivery. This wasn't changed and I found the service was unhelpful lacking compassion and was disappointed by lack of flexibility. I will not be using the service again.

Wrong house number, contacted within 2 hours of finding this out but not able to change address or contact delivery driver! 4 visits to address but not answering door! A complete waste of money! Moon pig were the opposite, helpful and adjusted straight away! No more bunches for me!

First of all the Royal mail didn't deliver it at home and they said that they will deliver it two days later so I had to run and collect myself. then I realized the condition of the flowers which was poor, the box was already opened and damaged and most of all the ridicules small cake... That's all

Ordered Thursday first class and mother in law never got em, I'm now in Tenerife and don't know if she has them now or not. Not impressed at all

bunches of flowers looked nothing like how they were advertised online. I was highly embarrassed when the receiver sent me a picture of them.

I had explicitly mentioned that my wedding anniversary was on 02 November and you guys decided to deliver on 1st November which is completely unacceptable as it completely spoilt my whole plan. If you guys are dealing into gifts for special occasion then you must understand getting the gifts delivered I'm exact date is utmost important. Based on my current experience I would never shop with you guys again

Looking into your order I can see the Royal Mail First Class Post service has been the chosen delivery this can take 1-2 days, this is highlighted on the calendar when you place your order and throughout your order confirmation.
