my latest order was a huge disappointment, the picture I ordered from had beautiful bright coloured flowers. the flowers that arrived were dull and uneven in length.

Nice arrangement when delivered but disappointed when some died within 2 days. Some didn't open at all. Poor customer services who claimed had sent email in response to my complaint. Refund or replacement policy non existent.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. they do not give an exact delivery date, they do not offer tracking to tell you they have delivered, they do not mark goods as perishable. The post office put a standard parcel card thru the door to say tried to deliver . customer services was appallaling, didnt want to know, she was arrogant when i said it was for a bereavement. I CANNOT STATE HOW POOR THEIR SERVICE IS AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The flowers were soaking wet and limp. I ordered two bunches as a memorial gift. My mother in law passed away 1year ago this week so as a little lovely touch I ordered a "large" £40 bunch for my wife and a "standard" £25 bunch for my brother in law. Very disappointed in the sizes and quality of flowers.

2nd time running flowers turned up dry, withered and broken stems. I been ordering from bunches for a long time and recently the quality has gone right down hill

The "bunch" of flowers my wife received was shocking. Looked nothing like what i had ordered and had to buy more just to fill it up. Will be going elsewhere in future.

They left them on my doorstep in the rain until I came home from work. The flowers looked nothing like the picture infact they looked so pathetic and cheap you would have been better off heading for the supermarket. I was too embarrassed to show them to the sender. This was daylight robbery and I would not recommend them at all.

The flowers could be bought for £2.99 in a garage and come with a packet of chocolate buttons. The display pictures are taken at an angle that makes the recipient th III nk they are buying a big bunch of beautiful flowers when in fact there are only a few stalks. I received these and feel dissapointed that my sister in law has been ripped off. Not lovely at all. Over priced and would not reccomend.

They sent emails about when the delivery was expected TO THE RECIPIENT!! I complained about this by email and they ignored my email and sent a further delivery message! Does it not occur to these people that Flowers are a SURPRISE gift! If they had emailed me that would not have been so bad but they sent it to my wife who was to have the flowers as an anniversary present. The flowers were also not so fresh as those I have had from Interflora.

I happened to be at my son's when the flowers were delivered and I was embarrassed as they were like a bunch you can buy at a supermarket for no more than £4.99. The chocolates were a packet of chocolate buttons which apparently you state on your website but as I will not be using you again I have not checked that out. I have used you before and sent my friend a picture of what was received and she said her bunch was at least twice the size and I re-used you as she said they were beautiful and lasted a long time. I could have spent £20 on a lovely bouquet at a supermarket so can only say I was very disappointed.

I am very disappointed, I requested my flowers to be delivered on a SATURDAY when my sister was in but they attempted the Friday when she wasn't and they were left in the Post office till Saturday when she was back - ruined

Looking into your order I can see the Royal Mail First Class Post service has been the chosen delivery this can take 1-2 days, this is highlighted on the calendar when you place your order and throughout your order confirmation. Order a beautiful purple round shape designed flowers for a special birthday who going into hospital, just received a picture from same friend it was a complete different flower and layout, that's look as flowers picking up from supermarket and a poor decorate, the supermarket flowers decorate even far better. They even denied it was different which clearly see by everyone for both pictures. When I require to resend to correct flower to the old friend, they rather make it difficulty by asking me to return the flower to get my refund back, which they know unlikely this will be happen to ask a 77 years old man who suppose to be in hospital for a horrible operation. as I have pointed out even client don't see the flower after delivery, but they should be trading with honestly with heart and soul even buyer not see what delivered, in this case it was unbelievable when they tried to denied responsibility after two pictures proved. I have require a correct flower to be resend but have be refused. sad world and people for running business.such way.

My gran is unwell and you sent a card with a black envelope and apparently the flowers looked like they should be in a funeral. My grandfather rang me to say it seemed like they were meant for someone that had passed away, so obviously very disappointed, especially given the cost.
