Very disappointed when saw the small bunch of flowers, and even more disappointed to hear that the box had just been chucked through a top window of a porch because there was no answer at the door, thank goodness there was no breakables in there !

I ordered the flowers on the 05/10/16 to be delivered first class for 06/10/16. Its the 10/10/16 today and still no delivery or any communication form Bunches as to why the flowers were not delivered on time.

The flowers I ordered from website looked nothing like that upon delivery. Different colours and looked very skimpy. I was very disappointed as the recipient of the flowers has been very ill and we wanted to cheer her up

The flowers were delivered a day early, despite selecting the correct date on your website. Also the bunch I received were heavily overpriced. I paid £17.99 for the smallest bunch of flowers I have ever seen, needless to say I am returning them for a full refund. I could of got some of the side of the motorway for less and of a better quality. Not what I expected from a professional florists. My colleagues present for her last day at work was officially ruined.

I ordered flowers for a family members birthday and when I received a picture of what they received I was disappointed. It did not look like what I had ordered. The way in which the florist arranged the flowers was appalling. Will not be ordering from here again. Extremely disappointed.

Very disappointed with Bunches-ordered for relatives birthday but not received. I did not even receive an apology and refund. Will not be using Bunches in the future.

Placed an order for delivery on Friday ,30 September for my aunt's birthday of 92 years! Today is the 3rd October still NOT arrived!!? Very disappointed!

I spent £38 with courier delivery and the flowers look very cheap and nowhere near to the one which they advertise. Completely waste of money.

Very disappointed the flowers I ordered did not get to the recipient on the date allocated.. Royal Mail failed to deliver the flowers despite given instructions for them to call the recipient on their mobile so the gates could be opened.. Even after 6 days flowers were still not deliverws

I have a feeling that my order was not delivered as I have heard nothing from my friend. I contacted Bunches to ask if they have a record and it seems that because I elected to have the flowers delivered by post, which is the way I have always used, they could not tell me. I am very disappointed as I spent nearly £30 on this surprise present for my friend.

Received my flowers today and was very disappointed with them they were nothing like the picture I asked for Mystique Pinks it was more like Mystique Purple will not be ordering from these again for the price could of done better with shop brought flowers

I've just seen the flowers at my parents and they book a very poor version of the website picture. Scrunched up together and very small roses. First disappointment! Also Royal Mail didn't leave with a neighbour tho clear instructions on the box

I had a wonderful experience but when trying to put in the stars on your website - the above statement appeared. A marvellous bunch of flowers which delighted my seriously ill friend. five stars out of five, even if they don't want to be filled in? ,,,
