The bouquet looked nothing like the web picture & not worth the money plus the disappointment my sister suffered by these crappy flowers

Good on time delivery, but paid for balloon didn't arrive and flowers were small, messy and not as pictured at all. Disappointing Mother's Day gift

I've ordered flowers from Bunches quite a few times so I thought I'd order some for Mother's Day. I selected the date for the day after Mothers days (27th) as that was when I was planning to see my mum however they arrived a day before MD on the 25th. Now granted I could have paid a bit extra and done guaranteed postage but i thought if they were posted on the Friday then it'd be too soon for Saturday delivery and Monday would probably have been the delivery date. I also did not really see the point in offering the choice of delivery date when it's not guaranteed in the first place. The flowers arrived and had no flower food with them (even though it says to give food in the instructions) and they had sadly started to whilt on the 28th, just a day after given them to my mum! These flowers were £26.99 so not exactly a cheap bunch. Not impressed Bunches, I will think again when considering ordering from you in the future.

Flowers ordered for mother's day were delivered to the wrong address. right Road (Sturdee Close) but incorrect house number (22 instead of 43). Resident did not know my mother so she did not receive them until the evening. The advertised morning notification of delivery slot did not materialise until late afternoon. The flowers were apparently lovely but by the time she received them the gilt was rather off the gingerbread. Having paid the extra sum for a courier delivery on mother's day itself I feel rather disappointed with this service.

I sent the flowers to my future mother-in-law for Mother's Day. I had searched for a number of companies and thought I'd try Bunches. The flowers were really nothing like the picture. I was sad to see the picture of the actual flowers. They really didn't look warm, rather looked sad. I had ordered from other companies before, but never this disappointed.

The flowers that arrived weren't ready yet so were mostly all closed but some open, they are also completely different from what was advertised, both in colour and shape, they were long and very stalky and are mostly dark purple and white instead of the pink advertised, don't think I'll be using you again.

The company offered free chocolates with the delivery for mothers day. This was a deciding factor to use their services. The one problem, they never came. Imagine, I live in another country, so it is imperative that the delivery goes as guaranteed. I call my mother, excited to ask about the card, flowers AND chocolates. Only to here they did not arrived. Very sad.

I specifically ordered to be delivered on mothers day as I have been out of the country. I paid extra for courier delivery. When opened all the roses were practically dead and the gerbras broken. I wanted an impact as I was out of the country I got that all right!

The flowers I received were nothing like the ones advertised in the photo! They were a completely different bunch of flowers!

Mother day gift from daughter in Australia freesias fine irises dead before they opened and White ones dead when opened so disappointed as I have had many many bunches of flowers from you and they have always been excellent.

The flowers were no where near as big as they looked on the website, I got about 4 flowers. I don't think what I got was worth the money at all.

Time of delivery was great but wasn't impressed with the size of my bouquet as the picture shown was twice the size and ordered a box of chocolates and received a small packet of chocolates

Unfortunately the bunches did not look anything like the picture. The order stated that there would be 15 stems but there was only around 11 and they were so skinny that in a vase they looked pretty poor. Considering it cost £19.99 for carnations I was expecting exactly what appeared on the website. I also ordered two bunches plus gifts.

Was a pants £5 bunch of flowers! Chocolates were, well errr pants! All in all I paid £28 quid (included a discount!!! LOL) for 7 quids worth of pants! = £21 for delivery!!!!!!!! Definitely should of, and will do!...... Go to Tesco's!!!

The amount of flowers for what I paid for was such a disappointment. Picture showed online was nothing like what showed up. At all.
