Not many flowers for the money, buds not opening, could not believe it was only a bag of buttons. And to top it all poor delivery due to the courier.

Ordered blossom bouquet fo mothers day. No gypsy in it and very poor quality. Contacted customer service and enclosed a photo. They said they had checked and that the order was correct. Why were flowers missing then? £22 flowers would have cost all of £5-£8 in town. Customer service not interested. Don't waste your money. Wish I could upload a photo on here to show potential customers how poor the flowers are. Once bitten, never again.

I had asked that the flowers be left with a neighbour if no one was in. On the day the flowers were delivered your man left them leaning up against the wall by the front door. Even put a photo of the box in the email!! Dreadful!

I have taken a look into your order and can see that your gift was delivered on a DPD courier service. Although we do welcome any of our customers to leave delivery requests for the drivers to hopefully follow this is something that we can not 100% guarantee however on this service the driver is likely to leave the item if there is no answer at the given address as long as it is deemed safe to do so. I have taken a look at the tracking information and have seen the photo. DPD do include this as proof that an delivery has occurred. Flowers not delivered. Message to leave with neighbour ignored. Note left - not found for 4 days. Had to collect from post office. Flowers well past their best. You need to follow this up with your chosen delivery service.

I was delighted that the flowers were such a good price but I'm very dissapointed as the flowers were a gift and they are nearly all dead which is surprising as she only recieved them last Friday.

the picture on the site shows a blooming bouquet of flowers. This is what i was expecting. My mum received a small bunch of flowers which I could have bought for £5 at the supermarket. They were nice but for the price i paid, i was disappointed

Bouquet not as shown on website. Flowers did not fill basket, not in bud when arrived, not arranged nicely,flowers just dumped in.

The flowers began to die off after about two days - in particular the freesias - my mum had to dispose of at least 4 freesia stems as they wilted and died very quickly and some of the buds failed to open up at all.

Very upset to hear that the flowers arrived the day before my Granddaughter's birthday yet I had meticulously arranged for the actual day of her special occasion. I felt cheated and she must have wondered why I got the day wrong! I cannot risk this again by using Bunches another time. This has never happened with any other firm. This is sad as the flowers were apparently lovely.

As advertised this service can take place between 1-2 days and although we are aware of this period we are not aware of which day between the two your gift would have been delivered on. We do offer an guaranteed delivery service for an additional £5.95 or £7.95. Flowers for Golden wedding anniversary del a day early, and my name as sender left off card. Then the followind day flowers sent to me for mothers day were dead within 3 days,so i had to replace them myself ,before my sons arrived. Having dealt with you many times,i am unlikely to use you again.

The flowers for the price were not anything like the pictures i could have got cheaper flowers from a local shop that brought more fullness and colour these looked rather like i picked them or £2 ones not from a purpose flower arranging online store

Ordered next day delivery. Failed to arrive. Found then on door step two days later. Customer service non-existent. Took four days to respond to complaint and would not accept any responsibility for failure. Satisfaction...despite their statement..... is not guaranteed. Wont be using them again.

Bunch of flowers were falsely advertised, looked like a big bunch turned out to be very few for £27.99 I could've had a bigger prettier bunch from Tesco for cheaper On the other hand mum enjoyed the cake

Freesias did not come out and they slightly squashed in the box. The price we paid we expected carnations not spray carnations for that price.
