“For a second time I sent a plant arrangement only to discover that it has again arrived with the container broken, the plant contents emptied inside the box and card and chocolates wet. I am told by the recipient that there is little or no packaging to protect the contents. This is very dissapointing both for the recipient and myself who lives some distance from my relatives and would hope that my order to them would arrive in perfect condition..... especially considering what I have paid . On this occassion your company have apologised and are sending out a bouquet to her. I have never had any complaint about the flowers I have sent in the past , but will not be sending any plant arrangements again. I hope that you will look into your packaging to prevent this happening in the future. Regards Anne Moore”

“You need to get some consistency, your flowers vary so much in the way that they last. Although the hamper I bought with the flowers was the first it will be the last, as once again it was very disappointing.”

I have taken a look into your order and can see that our free delivery with the Royal Mail. As advertised this delivery is not our traceable option and will take place between a 1-2 day period. Although we are aware of this 2 day period it is not known to us which day between the two that your gift will arrive on. We do offer an upgraded delivery with a courier service. As advertised this would be for an additional charge of either £5.95 or £7.95 but provides our customers with an guaranteed delivery for the day of their choice. “The flowers were rescued the following day from royal mail depot and recovered to a point. But royal mail had attempted delivery and instead of leaving with a neighbour or anywhere, had returned to their depot and as they were a surprise, weren't then collected until late the following day when they were almost at the point of no return, despite saying 'flowers' on the box. Had I known royal mail would be used and they would take back to depot if undelivered, I wouldn't have ordered.”
