I've always been pleased with Bunches, but this last delivery was a day late for a 70th birthday - shame, but I would use them again.

I can't review this as I'm not sure they received their flowers. I don't want to ask them as do not want to sound needy for thanks but they haven't said thank you and usually would

Thank you for your review. Our free delivery service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 93% of gifts arriving on the date selected. This service is not traceable, therefore the recipient would need to be contacted to ensure the gift has arrived. We do offer a tracked service for customer that do not wish to contact the sender, however this option was not selected on this occasion. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment caused. Have normally been very pleased but I ordered flowers for me wife which arrived Monday. I got home Friday and they were pretty much finished by that point which doesn't seem enough to me

was not as good as the usual flowers we have received from you they arrived 1 day late and the blooms did not last as long as we expected

I ordered some flowers for my mothers birthday which arrived well packed on the correct date, however some of the petals on the flowers were discoloured and did not look fresh. I e-mailed a complaint and received an immediate response and they sent another bouquet which were lovely. I would use again as previously the flowers have been fine and their customer service was very efficient.

Delivered on time and flowers were nice but expected the bouquet to be bigger for the price paid. Chocolate truffles and mini cake were nice touches.

The flowers were reasonably priced, the process was easy to order and you could select a delivery date! Perfect! However... It was a surprise “thank you” delivery and unfortunately my grandma wasn’t home, so instead of leaving them in a safe place or with a neighbour, the post office thought it was best to stick them on a shelf at a post office over a long hot weekend! Real shame! PS. Does the packaging state that they are fresh flowers?

Our gifts are delivered via Royal Mail, the delivery policy is that if the recipient is not available to accept the gift this will be taken back to the sorting office, after leaving a calling card that should be marked perishable. A delivery request can be left on the order but it is not guaranteed as this is at the discretion of the delivery driver. The bouquet delivered was very disappointing not representative of the images shown on the site. The flowers that were delivered looked like the amount and standard of flowers of a cheap supermarket bunch. Not at all value for money.

In addition to my order 15502029862095 and previous review. Just to add, these flowers were to be for my mum in laws 80th Birthday so wanted it to be really special. It just looked like a bunch of flowers you could get off the market!! Sorry but unhappy customer!!!!

The service was very good and accurate time slot for deliver but disappointed when they arrived. I expected it to be bigger and it to be in a bouquet instead of a box!! Also the stems were bone dry! Not very impressed to be honest!!! Be interesting to see how long they will last!!!!

A lovely collection of flowers. My only gripe is I wasn’t kept up to date with the delivery process, I didn’t know what day they were going to be delivered or even when they had arrived. The delivery was missed by the recipient and I wasn’t made aware. Not ideal.

Ordered a bunch of flowers but they arrived not fresh and without the card I had paid for. On being made aware of this, Bunches delivered new flowers and the correct card the following day.

Sadly the flowers were not what I expected as usually for the price you get a great bunch .. this bunch was evidently stingy & no chocolates as was a birthday bunch Delivery person just put a card through the door failing to check no one was home so picked up from the post depot not impressed why didn’t he just pop back later truly wasn’t impressed being a loyal customer found this time rubbish

The flowers were very good but from the photo sent back from relatives not as beautiful as indicated on the web site. I also was not impressed by the courier as they got left on the porch in full sun. There was no excuse for that as it is an aged care home and there is always someone there 24/7.

I have always had good reports of Bunches flowers from my Mum who lives a long way from me. This time however, they were let down by the deliverer who left the box in the sun. Flowers have suffered as a result and not lasted very long. Disappointing as previous deliveries have always been beautiful and long lasting.

The quality wasn’t too great and did not reflect how they looked in the photo unfortunately. However, may have been just a bad batch so will give you guys another go!
