Flowers were lovely when they did arrive, but Royal Mail were not able to deliver on the specified day (a Saturday) so the flowers sat in the sorting office until collection was possible on the Monday morning, meaning we lost 2 days of enjoyment.

Really disappointed in the flowers we received they lasted only 3 days which was a shame because they were beautiful flowers and usually last longer

As usual my wife's flowers arrived on the requested day for our anniversary. The mixed bunch of 15 carnations were fine but the 5 deep pink ones were a bit battered on arrival. Since they opened fully after a few days they look slightly better but outer petals a bit brown. It is the first time we have felt they could be better after ordering numerous bouquets. It wont stop us using bunches again.

Super first impression, well packaged and tasty Belgian chocolates, however the daisies then the roses expired very quickly, and all gone in 5 days.

ordered xl bouquet and it wasn't as big as I thought it would be but for the price it was okay

Flowers arrived on time. A bit underwhelming. They looked wilted and past their best. A few flower heads bent. They did perk up when put in water and lasted a good 5 days. I felt I could have bought a similar and fresher bunch at the local supermarket for considerably less money.

Bunches have always been very prompt, but with this order the Post Office let them down. I would suggest to future customers, don't order flowers on a Friday for delivery on the Saturday unless you are going to pay for express delivery. Somehow the order was 'lost' and a new order was delivered, by express and paid for by Bunches, on the Wednesday. There was no offer of any compensation for me and the lack of delivery on the Saturday, spoiled the celebration of my daughter's new job, as well as my Granddaughter's birthday. The flowers were beautiful when they did arrive.

As a flowers by post company we do rely on Royal Mail to ensure our gifts are delivered safely and on time. Unfortunately, they have severely let us down on this occasion. We can see that our customer support team arranged a replacement arrangement to be sent an upgraded this to our courier service to avoid further delay. Flower sent on time, I got my friend to send me a pic and bouquet looked quite sparse.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. I have used Bunches for many years however my last order was sent back to the sorting office instead of a neighbour as instructed. After 2 days in there they had to be collected by the recipient.Not the surprise gift I had planned also the flowers were past their best.. Still awaiting my refund!!

The flowers I ordered did arrive on time but there was no card included even though I had requested one The flowers were for a bereavement after a collection at my work place so if it hadn’t of been for facebook we wouldn’t have know the lady had got them and she wouldn’t have know they had come from her colleagues Bunches were helpful after I complained and sent the lady a card.

Flowers were as shown on the website but unfortunately they weren’t delivered on the day requested, we were the unlucky 5%.

No end of problems with their posy points as they wouldn’t work on line took for too much time to sort with expensive phone calls

The flowers were lovely, but the delivery was a let down, the recipient lives in a ground floor flat, the flowers were left outside the outer door instead of the inner door. The outer door is always open during the daytime, so on excuses for leaving them were they could of been stolen
