Unfortunately, my mother reported the large bouquet of fuschias I'd ordered arrived completely crushed with no obvious water retention mechanism and wouldn't revive. About 6 were disconnected completely from their stems. Binned. Got a thank-you for the sentiment but a failure on the the delivery.

I ordered a basket with roses as a gift and they arrived with no soil in the pot just lying dry in a box! Simply NOT good enough.

This was a lot of money to my 81 year old Dad. This bouquet was advertised as arriving in bud to prolong life but it wasn't, in fact some parts were browning. They were delivered on Monday 5th and ate already finished. Have had longer lasting flowers from supermarkets. Very disappointing

The flower is not what i choise and a delivery date is not correct I send it for my daughter's birthday it comes two days earlier not on 5 of September

I really like bunches flowers. They last longer than any others that I have purchased before.The people that I have sent Bunches flowers to have not had a bad word to say about them and some have used Bunches since.i wanted to give five stars but it wouldn't let me

I am very sorry to say the pot plant and card I had arranged to be sent to my Granddaughter and her husband on their first anniversary, failed to arrive. My suggestion is that you do not use Royal Mail as they were culprits who let you down. I spoke to one of your staff to-day a very helpful young lady named Flare who did her best to recover the bad service by sending the pot plant next Saturday by a courier to arrive before 1pm. As you can imagine the non-arrival has spoilt what was mean to be a pleasant surprise.

Chose the butterfly bouquet and paid extra to upgrade to large bunch £24.99. When the flowers have arrived we were highly disappointed as they were nothing at all like the advertisement. The flowers were limited spaced out with 4 sticks of butterflies in. Would not recommend these to anyone and was embarrassing when we seen what had been delivered to a friend who usually loves flowers. Not a good first time experience.

The flowers arrived at my cousin's looking very "tired" She put them in a bucket of water overnight and they did pick up! I am very disappointed as they were a thank you gift! Was it because it was the last day of the holiday10 offer? My previous experience was quite different!

The flowers when opened out of the box were of such poor quality. I have seen better from roadside garages than what I paid premium price for. The flowers had not been transported in water and looked severely dehydrated as if they had been out of water for days with the leaves shrivelled. The tips of the lilies' looked diseased and damaged. this may have been due to lack of water. There was no plant food provided either so have not had a chance to try and revive the flowers. I have used bunches before and have always been pleased with the product but based upon this delivery, I will look elsewhere based upon value for money

This was the worst bunch of so-called flowers I have ever seen. They were supposed to be fresh and in bud but many of the blooms fell off when the box was opened. I have used Bunches on several occasions before to send flowers to my mother and when asked she always said they were lovely. Now I wonder if she was just being polite. This is the first time I have seen the bunch (I cannot call it a bouquet) for myself and I was disgusted.

I asked for the flowers to be delivered on 2nd Sept and they arrived on 3rd . A bit disappointing when you want it to arrive on the exact birthday!

Looking into your order I can see the Royal Mail First Class Post service has been the chosen delivery this can take 1-2 days, this is highlighted on the calendar when you place your order and throughout your order confirmation. Although I have used Bunches in the past and have been quite happy, I ordered the special offer last week for my mother who was unwell. It cost £16.99 and I was extremely disappointed with both the number of flowers and the quality. I bought myself some lilies from M & S for half the price and they are much better. I doubt I will use bunches again.

I have to say that I have been using you for a few years now and have been impressed each time, however my recent purchase looked like a £5 bunch of flowers as opposed to the £16 spent, more than likely I will not purchase again.

Flowers arrived for my mother whilst I was at work today. I came home expecting a beautiful, bunch of flowers but that was not the case. I could have handpicked better flowers from the local park. The sizing - which I had ordered to be large - is ridiculously small and the plants dull and embarrassing to call a gift. I shall never be ordering from this site again. Extremely disappointed!!!

Absolutely disappointed with the flowers that have been delivered from you today!! I could've bought a bigger bunch from the local corner shop!! I will be taking pictures and putting on social media to prevent people wasting their money!! Absolutely disgusting!!

Absolutely underwhelmed by the flowers. Had to buy an additional bunch to bulk them out and make it look like an actual bunch of flowers. Was sent as a gift so rather embarrassing that I send what appears like a half bunch of flowers. Emailed to advise I wasn't happy, but was advised that the correct amount had been sent. Friends who saw the flowers described them as a £4 bunch from the local shop. Not good enough. Won't use again for sure!

I ordered rose plants in a wicker basket , they arrived on the 24th August and looked nice. within three days the pink rose had died and the red is not far behind. Very disappointed.
