the flowers arrived very poor quality and nothing like the photo, there were no chocolates,very disapointing as were for 92 nd birthday would not use again

Looking into your order I can see the Royal Mail First Class Post service has been the chosen delivery this can take 1-2 days, this is highlighted on the calendar when you place your order and throughout your order confirmation. Was not happy with what was delivered and when complained I was told the recipient did not arrange them in the vase properly!

I asked for the flowers to be left by the door if no one was in. The driver didn't do this and left a card and now the flowers are dead as my sister hasn't been able to pick them up as I knew she wouldn't. I asked for a refund as last time you did leave them by the door and I have been refused. What a shame when I ALWAYS use you for my flowe presents-never again!!!

Only tried to deliver once on first day. Second day stayed in and didn't get flowers. Will return to M&S. Flowers were meant to be a surprise but as the recipient had to pick up completely spoilt it. Could have delivered faster myself.

Order No 7359269 I paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery, and put' leave on door step' inbox. They tried to deliver but did not leave flowers. I rang and was told couriers have to have a signature, this was not mentioned when I ordered or I would have put different instructions. The lady was supposed to ring me back after making enquiries, but never did. the flowers were finally delivered on Monday, apparrently OK, but not as fresh as they should have been obviously. Very disappointing as they werea special treat for my Grandaughter on achieving a place a t Oxford - not quite the same thrill 4 days later. I would be grateful to have my extra delivery charge refunded and will NOT be using Bunches again. Helen Air

I was very disappointed with the flowers that were sent to my parents for their wedding anniversary. I thought it was very poor. No foliage in with the stems to bulk it out which made it look very mean

flowers come on the day expected no problem there! until i seen the box the flowers were in very shocked at the size of the box and as for the bunch of flowers i think you's forgot to put them in nothing at all like your fancy website photograph description very disappointed (never again)

The flowers turned up a day early...they were memorial flowers so the message said thinking of you today...a day early. Also the picture on the website looked absolutely nothing like what showed up. Flowers were mixing and just generally looked like flowers I could have picked up for a fiver at a petrol station. Very disappointing ????

I have been using Bunches for 10 years or more, unfortunately lately the quality of the flowers have been diabolical, I had a delivery for my wife's birthday, the lowers lasted a day, a complete waste of money, I would have been better off going to the local Asda. I will not be using Bunches again as the is the second time in succession that the flowers have been totally rubbish. Regards Richard Davis

I ordered these flowers for my wife's birthday and asked for them to be left at the house if no one was home. This didn't happen and they were taken back to the Royal Mail sorting office meaning my wife didn't get them on her birthday and they were not in the best condition because of this.

I have just visited my friend on her 60th birthday had a look at the flowers that I sent yes they are Bonny colours but nearly not enough of them . In the picture I looked at,there were three different kinds of flower ,not so in reality. A tiny balloon and the sparkly butterflies extremely small . Do you blow up the pictures to make a bunch of flowers appear larger . The card was pitiful a piece of paper creased and torn that a child could have printed off computer. This is the first bouquet I have viewed but sent another recently for a 70 the birthday to my cousin . I cringe to think she got a sparse bunch of flowers . Will not recommend bunches to anyone very disappointed .

Flowers were NOT delivered on the required day despite paying the "special delivery" charge. Customer Services were only prepared to reimburse the delivery charge and compensation of £4.95. This is not an acceptable and responsible response from a so-called "family friendly" professional organisation,

The flowers arrived late and were not at all as pictured on the bunches website, very disappointed especially as they were a present, I'd go as far as to say I was embarrassed to give them as a gift

The bouquet I ordered was extremely small for the money....complete rip off! I returned the flowers the same day, but still have not received a refund!! Disgusting customer service!!
