The flowers looked nothing like the ones on the site. I was so ashamed that i had to go buy some more flowers the next day to rectify the ones from bunches.

I ordered some flowers for guaranteed next day delivery and this did not happen. I spoke to a very polite lady to ask why and she offered me an apology and a refund of my £5.95 saying it was down to the courier, FedEx. I said would she be able to offer me an explanation ans she said no. There was a valid reason as to why the flowers were needed that day and because I was away on holiday could not check on them as I had faith that the delivery would be honoured. I was a little put out that I was only offered my delivery refund and nothing else to say that your order is important two us!

I have written one message on the card which was not printed. Also, your message box is horrible it doesn't allow to copy and paste the text, you will have to type entire message again one something goes wrong during the session

Sadly, I am bitterly disappointed. My mum has just spent 2 months in hospital with a very serious illness that could have been fatal, as flowers are not allowed in hospitals I ordered flowers to be delivered the day she came home. Freesias are her favourite and the bouquet looked beautiful, in reality it was appalling and was pretty much dead within less than 5 days! Very upsetting.

I wasn't happy about the flowers it wasn't worth for kind of amount I paid at all. no roses instead of box of chocolate it was cake.

Looking into your order I can see the Royal Mail First Class Post service has been the chosen delivery this can take 1-2 days, this is highlighted on the calendar when you place your order and throughout your order confirmation. Flowers for a birthday present arrived one day early. Absolutely no presentation just put into a box and had to be arranged by recipricant. Could have bought a couple of bunches for half the price.

The flowers were cheap and nothing like the flowers on screen. I could have purchased the same flowers for £2.99 at a petrol station and saved myself £18. Really disappointed.

flowers all squashed and they are absolutely tiny! Much better flower services online , did not have a good experience , would not recommend!

the flowers, cake and balloon weren't delivered I sent an e mail asking about why this may have happened, and didn't receive a reply I then telephoned, the person I spoke with was very pleasant, but given i had opted for royal mail delivery she suggested we will never know why the flowers did not reach my sister. She offered to courier some flowers, which is the minimum, but they will arrive a week after my sisters birthday, i had to telephone from europe and pay the cost of the call, and my sister hasn't received an apology, and I don't know whether she will get the cake and balloon, ….

Ordered flowers from Bunches in the past and the quality has been outstanding. Recent purchase far from happy£42.00 spent would have got better quality from the local supermarket for £20.00. Will be looking at another company next time.

I was very disappointed. I paid for a large bunch, £27.99. There were hardly any flowers in the bouquet. There was 50% gypsophila. It was for my mother in law's 90th birthday. I have e-mailed Bunches, and they have asked me to tell them how many stems there were. Unfortunately, I live in Norwich and she lives in Yorkshire. We were only there overnight.

The product was never delivered although the payment was received and the address was correct. No communication from the company. Very poor service.
