Looked nothing like the picture! I've seen bigger grapes than the tasteless cake ... will be taking my money somewhere else next time

Did not reach expectation after viewing on your website. Very few stems for the price. Can get better from the local supermarket. Not impressed. I had also recommended using them to a friend which i now regret.

I have just seen a photo of the flowers I ordered for a relative and am very disappointed in how they look. I'm sure there are nowhere near as many flowers in the bouquet as there appeared to be on the website.

I requested the flowers to be delivered on the Friday/ Saturday and they were actually delivered on the Wednesday! I know this is difficult around mothers day, however I was asked when and it did not happen.

Hello, I have written to Bunches to give you feedback for a plant I ordered for Mothers Day for my mother in England on Order No. 7643276 and thank you for your reply. I'm starting to think it's the busy times when things go wrong. The flowers I ordered for my mother at Christmas were not acceptable and when I emailled you sent a replacement bunch. After the flowers episode I decided it was safer to send an Azalea pot plant for Mothers Day. Mum said she knew something was wrong when the box was as light as a feather and sure enough when she opened it the poor plant was as dry as a bone, some leaves had fallen off and were crisp and crushed in the bottom of the box. She is 86 and loves flowers and plants and is slowly nursing it back to health and said the leaves that are still on the plant have perked up and the pink flowers are slowly getting some colour again. She specifically asked me not to complain but I thought Bunches should know and emailled you - they replied very promptly once again and offered to send a replacement bunch of flowers. I don't require a replacement as I always think the moment has gone. Your service suits me since I live in New Zealand and my family are all in England but I don't like to think I'm wasting my time and money. Thank you for your time. Linda Hobden

1st time ordering for myself and very disappointed that flowers arrived in a flat box with no water - the 'card' enclosed was flimsy paper. Cld have got better from lidl.

First time ordering from Bunches. The flowers my mum received for Mother's day looked nothing like the photo on the website which I had ordered. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering from Bunches again.

I just thought that it was all completely over priced and the bunch of flowers looked cheap and definitely wasn't worth £20.99 on their own. Disappointed.

The amount I got for my money wasn't good. The reason I gave it a 2 then a 1 was because the feedback I got from writing on there Facebook page was very good! I did not get an email back when I emailed them though!

Although my mother said the plant was lovely, the website did state there would be chocolates included. As the plant was a Mothers Day present we did expect more than chocolate buttons for the price we paid.

My wife and my mother have ordered from bunches before so I thought I'd set up an account and order my mother some flowers for mothers day. Although I haven't seen them, my mum said she was disappointed in what she received and was surprised as she was also a customer

The flowers were smaller than expected and didn't really look a lot like the picture showed. Probably wouldn't use again.

I ordered two bouquets on the same day for two recipients. All I can say is that in both cases I ordered a beach ball, and received a tennis ball... words cannot convey the disappointment.

I have bought from Bunches before and have been very please , so this time i bought two lots , one for my mother and another for my wife. although the flowers were fresh , they resembled they flowers you would get from a petrol station, cheap, certainly not nearly £20 worth. I would seriously consider not buying again. Everything else was fine though, delivery , ease of purchase, packaging ,just the finished product, didnt give me the feeling of money well spent.

I ordered my flowers plus a balloon for my mother. The flowers did not look like the photo and the balloon was missing. I was very disappointed last time but as I have used you in the past and was happy decided to give you another try. I won't make that mistake again :-/

Wrong day of delivery. Totally wasted 56th wedding anniversary gift to gran parents. Contacted post office regarding this & they confirmed delivery was down to you not them. Won't use you again.
