“I ordered a posie for Mothers Day it arrived on time the flowers was lovely but they was all bunched together and it was smaller than than the picture so I was a little disappointed.”

“The quality of the flowers was great but the quantity was awful. A handful of flowers not worth the money. I appreciate that i would pay more from an online company, but what i got was a disgrace. I ordered them for my daughter's 18 th.”

“The picture the flowers looked amazing and quite a decent amount for the price but I'd have been better to go to even Tesco as their £5.00 bunches even give more flowers! Very disappointing”

“I have used brunches many time and I was a bit disappointed this time. The bouquet was wrapped in two separate brunches so need to be arranged by my mum. There wasn't as flower food with them when I'm sure there normally is. Plus I was surprised they were sent with no water but maybe that's a new thing.”

“Although the delivery was on time, what arrived looked nothing like the picture on the website. Disappointed. The bouquet in the picture looked full with nice blooms, and what arrived looked cheap. Not what I imagined a 20gbp bouquet would look like, but more like a 2.99 bunch I would have bought at a supermarket or petrol station.”

“Wasn't that overly impressed, flowers Wernt as fresh as I'd expected them to be. Though delivery service was spot on and it was straightforward to order them. Think I'll just stick to the local florists next time... at least I know they'll be fresh”

“Ordered flowers for Mothers Day on 24th. Got all the confirmation emails saying that my order was guaranteed to be delivered on the 26th. On Mothers' Day, got a further email saying flowers would be delivered in the afternoon. That was the last I heard until the 27th saying they'll be delivered on that day. No phone call from DPD or bunches. I phoned bunches on 27th to complain and was told DPD opted to not deliver due to the volume of deliveries. Initially I was offended £5.95 refund, which I found insulting considering I had paid £25.93 for something to be delivered a day before. I said I want happy with that and was then offered a full refund - that's the only reason why it's not a 1 star. Quite poor service, won't use again.”

“Oh dear. I have ordered several times before and always the flowers were very good value for money. But this time (a bouquet ordered for my mother for Mother's Day - one of the large white roses was wilted as were two of the anemones. I spent a little more this time, partly because it was for Mother's Day and I wanted a larger bouquet - but now wish I hadn't bothered!”

“The flowers that i received yesterday , definitely are not in bud and i very much doubt the carnations will last two weeks. They are very expensive for just a bunch of carnations”

“Nothing like picture on website at all not worth the money stated would be ten tulips was only seven . Very dissapointed not delivered til five of clock. Sister got some from saisburys five pound and a lot better quality”

“I received the Mum's Dream Gift Bag from my sons for Mothering Sunday. At £27.99, I am not fully satisfied. The flowers themselves were beautiful, however the size of the bunch would be better described as a posy. The image on the website is misleading. Really not worth the money, for such a small bunch. There are better bouquets in supermarkets.”
