“Very disappointed with the quality of the bunch of flowers. I ordered the 'Berry Bliss' and it came looking nothing like the picture. A lot of money for a small bunch of flowers that I could have payed next to nothing for at the corner shop. Prompt delivery but didn't compensate for the disappointment. Will not be ordering from this website again!”

“It's 430pm & Mother's Day is nearly over!! And still no flowers 🌺 And after reading the reviews I'm getting a bit worried that they will be rubbish If they are I will be expecting a refund If they ever get delivered😲😲😲”

“They were delivered for mothers day and I could have got a better bunch from a leading supermarket they looked nothing like what I ordered and very small bunch very disappointed will not use again”

“I am really disappointed in the size of the flowers to be honest. After spending £30 on a mother day present, I expected the balloon and cake to be small at only 1.99 but £21 for a bunch of flowers which was tiny is ridiculous. There were bunches in my local supermarket for less than half he price that were bigger. Very disappointed.”

“Flowers not worth the price. Delivery slot of 48hrs is too long for anyone to wait in and therefore flowers should be boxed in some water in case recipient is out. Selling point of free chocolates and card - Misleading. Card is cheap like a leaflet and chocolate is a bag of buttons. Disappointing.”

“What went wrong is what you say, well I receive an email saying that my delivery was due to be delivered between 15.50 and 16.50 on Friday 24 march to my mother's address it never got delivered by the time it was said the dpd driver said he could not find the address. I then receive another email saying that it had been delivered at 10.50am Saturday 25th march so have to say very poor service.”

“Rubbish...very disappointed in what I recieved, wanted something special for mothers day which didn't happen ...flowers not as many as in picture & no matter how arranged would never look like the picture displayed. Customer service no help ...if I could put a photo I would but it doesn't let you. I haven't much money to spare and this was a total waste of it..will never order from here again..very upset about whole situation.”

“Awful. I ordered a bunch for mothers day and they look nothing like the pictures on here. Instead of being lovely flowers in bloom and a whole bunch they looked exactly like the tulip bunch in sainsburys for £2.99. Will not be wasting my money again!”

“Although they got delivered when I needed them to be, I was sent a picture of the mother day deal from my mum, although she says she likes them( mayb saying that to be nice) I'm very disappointed in it, they look like £5 bunch nothing like the picture, when it states they will use open blooms of flowers to get the full affect, they obviously haven't and also payin £1.99 for a small balloon when I was expecting a big balloon, I feel bad for sending these to our mums as I paid and ordered x2 as they live far away. Will not be ordering from these again.”
