“Unfortunately the orchids I ordered for my sister in law's 80th Birthday did not arrive on the day but the day after. I appreciate that this was probably the fault of Royal Mail as they seem to have been dispatched in plenty of time.”

“My sister was pleased with her flowers and as far as I know, they are busy blooming and looking good. The reason I don't give this more stars is that delivery by the Royal Mail was DIRE. In these days of proper tracking, where one can almost see the van on an app and know roughly how long the delivery will take, I would hope any company depending on delivery for their business would be able to do better than 'sometime between 8.00 and 18.00. As these flowers were a birthday gift, this mean that my sister had to hang around all day instead of doing something nice on her special day. When she did give up and go out, mid-afternoon, the blooms were left in one of the recycling bin. Checking the tracking via the Royal Mail website, I noted that they specifically state not to use a bin as a 'safe place' for delivery. I contacted Bunches directly to express my dissatisfaction and the response was basically a shrug. I would contact Royal Mail, but they make it impossible to do this. Clearly, Bunches are happy with Royal Mail, but I'm not so I'll be checking out alternatives for future orders TBH, I'm surprised I was even contacted for a review as I won't be recommending this service to anyone.”

“I've always had lovely flowers from Bunches. These were gorgeous but smelt really strongly of fish (very odd) and lots of the flower heads had fallen off in transit.”

“Sorry cannot review as we don't know the flowers have been delivered to right destination. The photo of delivery place means nothing to us and as the flowers were for a bereavement we don't feel able to contact them to ask.”

“I am not sure who was at fault here but the delivery was delayed, as was the case with a number of items sent to this recipient (it was her birthday) and therefore they were a little past their best when they arrived, I was somewhat disappointed, I use Bunches regularly and have previously always been satisfied. Such a shame.”

“The flowers arrived a day late but that was a Royal Mail fault. The Gerbera and one spray of Flowers was already past their best. The rest of the bunch was OK and have lasted well”

“They were a nice bunch but very sparce! The photo on the website definately made them look better than they did in real life. However they revived really well in water and were pretty and lasted well.”

“Flower quality is amazing, but you only get a small amount! I was disappointed when i visited relative recently and seen how small the flowers bunch was nothing amazing! You can buy a bigger bunch in supermarket for over half the price!!!”
