“Quite disappointed with the bouquet I ordered. I chose the large size but it really was very small and unimpressive. The packaging and delivery were good - but I will not be using Bunches again.”

“They arrived late. Although very nice, most of the buds were out in bloom. This does not normally happen with bunches. Always been happy with the service and the quality of flower. Perhaps this is a one off.”

“Delivered on time as per request but unfortunately two of the pink roses had already started to go brown on the edges so considering there were only 5 in the bunch,that's 40% of them.The rust were fine for 5 days then they started to deteriorate as well.”

“Flowers were lovely but delivery was 2 days late. These flowers were for my mother’s 74th birthday and I ordered with plenty of notice so they should’ve been on time. Thankfully the flowers were still in good order.”

“The flowers were supposed to arrive in bud that wasn’t the case. When I tried speaking to person I was told to write email it’s too busy a time of year for that Delivery was ok”

“I have ordered flowers several times over a number of years, unfortunately this time the roses were not the usual standard and I was a little disappointed as the bouquet was purchased for my daughter's birthday. I have always recommended your company and will continue to do so. I just felt that I needed to express my concerns. Thank you Nina Adams”

“Sadly the gift of a pot plant arrived a day too late, I feel a day too early is better than a day too late. When I emailed Bunches, they simply referred me to their terms of business. I won't be using them again.”

“I always order my flowers from bunches and never disappointed, but I was a little with my last order as it asked me what day I wanted them delivered I chose a Sunday but Royal Mail don’t deliver on a Sunday and this wasn’t specified when ordering that they were being posted by Royal Mail! The flowers are dispatched on Saturday and not received until the Monday!”

“As a recent customer, I will NOT be using Bunches again as using Royal Mail was a complete waste of time. Delivering to someone who was very unwell, It meant telling them to expect a delivery between certain times. The delivery was of course late. If I knew it was to be down to Royal Mail, I would have used a different company. There are, loads of companies all falling over themselves for the trade.”

“I've used Bunches before for flowers and they have been well received, great product and much better than other "better known" companies. The only reason I have not given this 5 stars is that I only received the delivery notification after the item had been delivered. Fortunately I happened to be in and could take the delivery. Not sure if the problem was with Bunches or the courier company........”

“i have been using Bunches for a number of years from New Zealand and always people have said how lovely their gift was and received them on time. This last time I was disappointed to find that the delivery was not made until the 8th December when I had requested the 9th December, fortunately the bouquet was fine when it arrived but probably not at its very best.”
