“Unfortunately they were delivered late. I had purchased dried flowers which looked great in the picture but when they arrived they were such a small bunch I couldn’t believe they were what I ordered. I feel something that might give an indication of the size would help. This bunch needed to be put in a jam jar to look even slightly worthy of display.”

“First time I have been a bit disappointed. The Fresia plant was ordered for my 102 year old mother, who loves scented freesias. They had no scent and by today (sooner than I expected) I had to remove them as they looked very much past their best.”

“My stepmum said the flowers were nice, however they didn't arrive until 4pm on 1st October which was her birthday, so the day was nearly over. I had purposely ordered them for the 29th as it said on the website it might be a day later, but this was two days later and consequently too late in the day of her actual birthday, so I was very disappointed with that. I have to rely on delivery because I live hundreds of miles away.”

“I've sent flowers on a couple of occasions with no problems but this time the some of the roses dropped within a couple of days so was actually disappointed so it may make me consider an alternative next, But a plus is that they are delivered when they say they will,”

“The flowers were lovely but the delivery was not. Even though I deliberately ordered letterbox flowers, they were left on the doorstep (where my ill friend was unable to collect them). The letterbox is not small, but most delivery people are now too lazy to get Ben ring the doorbell. Everything just gets left on the step - even letterbox flowers.”

“The delivery in a box was a bit unexpected. I'm not sure how long the flowers had been in the box but they didn't look great when opened. They needed a lot of sunlight and warm water to bring them back around to looking something like a £45 bunch of flowers. A week later the flowers are looking a pretty sorry state. A £10 bunch from Morrisons would have lasted longer.”

“Bunches, per say, were very good but they need to change their couriers asap! As expected from Royal Mail, the flowers were not delivered on the day requested as they sent them to the wrong depot etc.. and basically lived down to expectation!!! Consequently, I shall NOT be using Bunches again unless they change the couriers!!”

“Disappointed as they were for my daughter/ in-law. They were ok but delivered on the Friday and on Saturday 3 out of the 5 roses had dipped their heads, looking very sad . She was not impressed”

“I have been using bunches for a number of years but I have to admit that this time when I saw a picture of the flowers which I sent to my Mother for her Birthday I was somewhat disappointed, a somewhat sparsely arranged handful of flowers, not exactly as the online picture portrayed!”
