“I am a regular customer and have used Bunches a lot over the last few years as the flowers are delivered healthy and in bud and generally last a while. This time however, with a Christmas bunch, my mother reported there was no water wrap around the stems and they were wilting on delivery. Even when revived after a couple of days they didn't look as advertised on the website. Disappointed this time.”

“Unfortunately some of the stems were broken as the flowers were sent to my sister I didn’t see the damage this is the first time I have had any problems after years of using bunches”

“The flowers were a last minute gift for my Parents as covid prevented us being together at Christmas. They arrived when requested and my Mum was pleased with them, however the photo she sent me doesn't look like the bunch I ordered. They looked quite sparse, which left me feeling disappointed, I accept your photo shows the flowers in a narrow necked vase, whilst my Mum's vase was quite large and the flowers were still in bud. Just felt I had to let you know as previous orders have been lovely.”

“Flowers were beautiful when they arrived but were a day late despite organising 3 weeks earlier. When I questioned it was told that delivery dates were not guaranteed so I advise ensure you order for a day or two before you want them to arrive. It’s not great they do not tell you this at time of purchase when they ask what delivery day you want.”

“Normally I can rely on Bunches to deliver what I order. However, I was disappointed with the Christmas flowers I ordered, particularly as I paid for extra baby's breath to be added to the flowers and there was no evidence of any in the photograph I received from the recipient.”

“I was disappointed with the very sparse bouquet ordered for my daughters 50th Christmas Eve birthday even though I ordered extra gypsophila and additional items. Not up to your usual standards and nothing like the pictures on the site, no wonder she also sounded disappointed when I rang her from Spain to wish her happy birthday.”

“Unfortunately it seems that the Christmas rose was out in a box that was too big as it fell over in transit and a number of buds broke off! I asked my mum to send me a photo so I could complain but she is technically challenged!!!”

“We always buy Christmas flowers from bunches and in previous years they have been excellent. I ordered flowers for myself and flowers for my mother in law. My mother in laws flowers were amazing but the ones sent to myself were ok. Not the usual quality. They looked tired and a bit bashed. The Lilly in the bouquet was very tired. The thing is they were ok and I actually had a discount on the flowers for myself so wasn’t overly upset however if I had paid full price I would have been extremely unhappy wi the the quality and selection.”
