“Been using bunches for a few years now can honestly say they have been good except for Last bunch for wife's birthday looked past there sell buy date when opened revived a bit after a trim feed and Warter but only lasted for 5days roses didn't make it past 3 hopfully they will be better next time”

“There was a heavy frost on the delivery day and my friend was not in. Driver left flowers next to her post box and the got nipped by the frost and were spoiled. Couldnt they have been left with a neighbour.”

“The recipient was very happy with flowers but she did not receive them until four days after her birthday. Not Bunche's fault because she wasn't in to accept delivery. However the courier did not leave a card at her house with the code to allow her to collect the flowers from the local Post Office where they were delivered, They sent me an email instead. Not a very good service considering I paid extra to have the flowers delivered on the day. Bunches need to sort out this type of problem with DPD.”

“Easy to use website and flowers arrived on time and were fresh. . But unfortunately to me the amount of flowers were not what I expected for a large spray This was my first order and I would not use them again”

“I have always sent flowers to people so never seen them myself. On seeing a bunch I ordered mostly recently, I was a little disappointed. Although the variety of flowers were very nice, the sheer size of bouquet for £24ish was quite small. I know more stems can be purchased & i ordered the smaller amount but I still thought the display would have been more substantial.”

“Booked a couple of weeks in advance, but they were delivered on the day requested. I didn't see them but my friend said they were lovely flowers she has had them over a week now and still going strong. First time I've used the service. Only downside is the amount of emails I get from them (way too many it's annoying, so I'm going to have to block them. So as nice as the flowers were and my friend said they really were, i may go elsewhere in the future for that reason. Same reason for lower stars.”

“Have used Bunches many times over the years but sadly I was very disappointed with my last purchase. Basically spent circa £21 for a bunch of carnations that I could have bought from ASDA for £5. Not good value for money at all. Don’t think I will use again in the future…..shame as it’s a good service”
