“Got a bunch of flowers this morning from my friend for my birthday. Was so disappointing, could have got the same at filling station for £5. Now I have to lie and tell her the flowers were lovely when I just want to tell her never to use this company again.”

“Smallest bunch of flowers I have seen i could of gotten better quality and bigger bouquet from a super market for half the price. I have used this company a few times before and had no problem so i was very disappointed and surprised.”

“Unfortunately I had to give 1 star to proceed, would give zero. Flowers were awful. Dying blooms, two deliveries squashed in to one box so flowers also damaged & box sodden. Flowers stems were wrapped in wet paper hand towels. Seranata are not interested. They have their money & don't care. Looked like flowers from a garage bucket that had been reduced to clear. Terrible flowers & horrendous customer service.”

“Plant in pot was very lop-sided and has been wilting and going brown. Not from over or under watering. It was a gift from a friend and I'm loathe to say what it really was like. So disappointing 😣”

“Auburn fall ...I received this arrangement this afternoon from my brother and sister in law for my birthday. The flowers looked like they had been picked from a grave two weeks old , the flowers were fit only for the bin . So dissapointed and have not wanted to tell my sister in law what a dreadful condition they arrived in . Having almost dead flowers delivered makes me shiver , would I use this company ? No I would not !!! I would not take these flowers home if they were free !”

“I was out of the house making funeral arrangements to return home to a slip saying the flowers had been taken to the depot and I couldn't collect them until the next day. 0n opening the flowers they were not in water and half dead. Surely there should be a procedure in place, especially with flowers not in water, to be left with a neighbour or behind the property?”

“The bouquet advertised looked beautiful, when it was delivered there was half the amount of flowers and couldn't believe I had spent all that money on such a small bouquet. The flowers weren't even in water and a couple were broke! The little birthday cake that came was broken also. Very dissapointed and would not recommend.”

“The Autumn roses were a present from my friend. They have never come out of bud properly and some were just dried and the heads hanging. Very disappointed as I know she has paid a lot for them and she would be distraught to know the were so poor.”

“Ordered on 31st October flowers plus a cake to be delivered on the 3rd November didn't turn up after paying £5.99 for this. As I have had trouble before with the post.flowers not delivered until today 4th Nov. No cake that I paid £5.99 .”

“Birthday Flowers NOT delivered, recipient NOT contacted, flowers NOT left with neighbour,NOT in a save place either. All my Birthday person had for her birthday was a card saying she has perception to be collected from Royal Mail Office! Paid £6 for this kind delivery.”

“i am trying to do a five star rating but it wont let me. i love your service and use it all the time. my friends and family are surprised at long the flowers last and love the chocolates they get. have recommended you to friends and family. i also think the posy points are very good as well”
