I ordered a bouqet for a friend whose dad had sadly passed away its been a week since i ordered them they still have'nt arrived,to say im disappointed is an understatement.

The wrong message was put in the card attached to the flowers, but when I highlighted this I was told it was my fault for typing the wrong message, which I know was not the case. All i got offered were silly posy points which is just more business for the company rather than trying to please the customer. I won’t be using this company ever again!

Sent as a cheer up gift, already the rose and chrysanthemums are dead. Very disappointing when the person lets me know when sending a different country to say they are poor.

Don't use this company if you want the recipient to actually receive the gift! Mine was left inside a cupboard by my door (on a day I was in all day) no note through the door. I found the package a week later, obviously not in the same condition it left the company! Their reply was that they will ask the delivery firm to review their practices!!! Obviously customer service is something this company does not care about

The flowers look nothing like the ones I ordered. Colours are different, tiny flowers. Not worth the price at all.

The order was given with a lead time of a week.The delivery arrived two days late. The order missed the event. The flowers were already drooping when they arrived. It was small bunch of flowers not worth the money.

Requested DPD collection point on morning of planned delivery elsewhere. Confirmation email and location of pickup as well as date. No parcel at pick up on date specified. Delivery to original address - flowers sat all weekend and probably no good now. Happy anniversary. No answer yet from anyone at bunches. Won't be using again.

I chose a surprise delivery for a birthday I was missing as I was out of the country and the delivery came a day earlier. I chose the day I wanted and I expected delivery on that day.

I think it's very expensive for what you get, I paid £30 for what looked like a £5 bunch of flowers,more packaging than flowers.
