“Absolutely disgusted with this company, will never use them again and will be telling anybody thinking of senting flowers not to use them, they sent flowers to my 86 yr old mother in law to the wrong address, they then said I had inputted the wrong address, I could not check to see if I had because I received no confirmation email, and they refused to accept any blame.”

“Ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered Saturday, they didn’t turn up till Monday afternoon and the person they was for went away Monday so it was a waste of time placing the order :((”

“The flowers were already passed their best when delivered Some heads were missing and there were bent stalks Despite watering, they had died within 4 days. I had requested delivery on Tuesday 21st (final order said 20th or 21st which would have been fine), but they arrived on Friday 17th, so had died by 21st (my wife's birthday). Bunches have been very good in the past but this order all went very wrong.”

“Humiliating experience!! My parent's 50th wedding anniversary and a pathetic, sad 'bouquet' was received! They laughed and I just wanted the ground to open up and swallow me :( I could have bought a better bouquet at a petrol station for £5 !!! So upset and disappointed!!”

“I was so upset . This was the first time I had ever used bunches , and often need to send flowers , and thought they looked beautiful . I ordered a beautiful one for £27.98. However I couldn’t check my emails until the next day , when I realised they had sent me two emails . Through no fault of my own , they had debited my a/c twice . And refused to refund the second payment saying I should have noticed their error straight away .”
