“Delivery was good but the quality of flowers was poor. I had ordered 12 roses for a special occasion and the day they arrived which was on time tbf, they were all already open and they were dying on the edges. Only 2 starts because customer service was good.”

“Only writing this review as on the last 2 occasions have been dissapointed. Autum flowers recently received lasted barely a week. roes in a planter I sent for a very special reason and which I saw, sadly only1of the 3 roses survived to be planted after approx. 10 days and to plant was my reason for buying.Have previously been delighted with Bunches but doubt will use again noe”

“The friends I sent them to on the 8th Sept,Bettison’s have been very disappointed as they are now dead any they usuall6 last 2 to 3 weeks. I have used Bunches before and are usually very satisfied but not this time.”

“Delivery next day spot on however my 93 year old mother was very disappointed with her flowers. Her words " they were a pretty shoddy bunch of flowers" and she is not known for being ungrateful”

“Have already written to yr offices to complain but not happy with couldn't care less attitude. For personal family reasons we had to celebrate Christmas Day last Saturday - 13th October - so ordered and chocolates to be sent - unfortunately the recipients had nipped to local shop for something and the postman attempted delivery - instead of putting the flowers under car on the drive or over their fence or even to a neighbour - they were taken back to the post office and couldn't be picked up until Monday. Something should be on the box that says they MUST DELIVER to a neighbour - it ruined part of what should have been a happy occasion. I have used Bunches prior to this occasion and been happy with their flowers and customer service - it was a case of 'we've sent them - not our problem - hard luck' but will not be using them again. Very unhappy customer.”

As our flowers travel through the postal system we do pack them quite tightly to avoid them getting damaged whilst in transit. “I ordered flowers a week before I needed them delivered for my sisters birthday. They arrived a day late. Very disappointing! When I emailed bunches to ask why this had happened all they came back with was that as I chose standard delivery, and that on the chosen delivery date wasn’t guaranteed and that it’s in the small print. 🙄 I found this just unacceptable, as I’ve used other flower delivery sites before and they get them there on time! But not bunches! I responded to the email sharing my disappointment and didn’t get a second response so hence why I’ve now left this review. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to pay extra for next day delivery. And I won’t be using bunches again!”

“Have sent some flowers,chocolates and a card to our friend Mary Pickering in Wiltshire. Even now we do not know whether she has received them! Our home phone is not working and they are not on Internet. Have asked a number of times whether they were delivered but no one seems to know! Will have to go with someone else in future!
