You can not diver on time you do say but if you order a week before you should make shore it gets there on the date you ask for not the nexts day with modern time your a big company a let down in way but the flower are lovely

Until the last time I used Bunches I was satisfied with the service and quality of the flowers. The last gift of flowers I sent was very disappointing. Very different than described both in words and picture.

The packaging fell short of what I expected. The stems were not wrapped and appeared to sit in the box surrounded by some kind of gel or sap from the plants. This gel was not contained and so leaked out making the bottom of the box soggy and weak. This is not my previous experience of using Bunches but unless I can be assured this is not how they should have been packed then I will not use the service again.

Flowers arrived for my mother in law in a very large box with a rather small bunch inside. Not quite as the picture lead me to believe they would be. Yes I understand you have to make substitutions but seriously there were only 3/4 past it roses with a load of cheaper looking flowers. Excellent and fast delivery but just disappointed.

Unfortunately the flowers sent to my friend were not in the best condition. The roses were in bloom not bud and some of the freesia heads had fallen off. Not much of a welcome home from hospital. Shame, Bunches. I have always been able to rely on you in the past.

For the 1 st time I was disappointed with the flowers received 6 stems with some gypsofillium and 3 butterflies on sticks. Sadly I think this time I could’ve bought better from the local petrol station

I ordered a flowers for my mother in law birthday.It doesn't look like like you see it in the photo I ordered standard but it comes like in letterbox flowers so I'm not happy I'm not ordering again.

Our flowers are dispatched whilst still in bud, so the bouquet will appear a little smaller than the image displayed. Not happy delivered by Royal Mail then did not leave with neighbour. 85 old lady having to ring up card to redeliver. Told on the Friday they would deliver MONDAY !! So she spent £10 on a taxi to pick them up. Not what I wanted or ordered.

Thank you for your review. we are sorry the recipient was not available to accept their gift. the delivery policy is they are returned to a local sorting office, after leaving a calling card if the recipient is not home to accept the gift. A delivery request can be made, however gifts are only left at the discretion of the delivery driver, this information is provided in our delivery terms. Came in time, but the flowers were tiny looked nothing like the photo very disappointed I spent that much money on a small bouquet

We love Bunches but your delivery people Royal Mail are rubbish so sadly not going to be using you any more as they cannot be bothered to ring a door bell before posting a sorry we missed you card. Such a pity as flowers lovely and are really good value.

The flowers I ordered where to be delivered on the 6th of November ....they actually arrived on Saturday 10th November. In the past they have been on time but this time completely missed the birthday !

Flowers arrived on time but it was a gift for my mum and she said the box arrived damaged and that a few of the flower heads were detached from the stems.

I was told by the recipient that the flowers were lovely.This was after she found out through phone calls who had sent them. I ordered the larger “Thinking of you” card but it failed to be delivered with the flowers. I emailed bunches but did not get a response,I decided not to make a telephone call as I thought as the email was ignored I would be flogging a dead horse.

Not impressed this time, was hoping for delivery on the Friday, Saturday at the latest. As I phoned as this is what I was told. They were dispatched on Thursday and not delivered until Monday lunch time.

Ordered flowers for a friend as a surprise. Have heard nothing from them which is quite extraordinary. Contacted Bunches to check if they had been delivered, but they were no help at all, as they could not say - as they do not require signature. Just left high and dry! Would suggest you do not have anything to do with them

My Mother was disappointed with her Birthday autumn bouquet. I chose 25 stems but there were only x4 alstroemeria and the carnations were not very good... :-(

I sent the flowers to a friend in the north of England who was an old friend of my mothers. As Mum had always recommended Bunches, I used them. When my friend rang to thank me she said two or three of the carnations had their heads broken off and were not in moisture and the rest were very dry. I believe the remainders picked up but it is sad when they are not all in tact.

Ordered Saturday not delivered on Wednesday (charge for guaranteed delivery I thought was excessive so didn't use).
