Disappointed that the flowers did not arrive in time for the occasion they were ordered for. I would think they should be sent by a more reliable service than Royal Mail. They arrived two days late. I will stick with Interflora in future.

I have been using bunches for many years now. Sadly this purchase was far from their best. 2 stems were broken, 1 piece of gyphsophillia. My cousin sent a picture of my aunt whose 87th birthday it was and to be honest for £18.99, I was so disappointed I sent a 2nd bouquet from a different company. I have since been told that when the flowers came out it did look better, but still nothing like the picture on line.

I’ve purchased a few bouquets of flowers now from Bunches and have always been satisfied until now I purchased a bouquet on the 25th September for my mother in laws 49th wedding Anniversary they were delivered on time as I paid for morning delivery. But I was disappointed with the size of the bouquet when I saw it 3 days after it was delivered for the money I paid over £30 expected it to be bigger than it was I paid for extra gypsopillia there was hardly any . I don’t normally complain but I will be looking at other bouquets next time instead of bunches to compare in future.

Arrived on the delivery day I requested - looked nothing like the picture - flowers were already completely open and very sparse!! Not worth the money

I like the flowers from bunches and have used the company a lot. However I was disappointed with the recent delivery issue. I requested leave with a neighbour if my mother wasn't in but instead the postman took to the post office which was very inconvenient for my elderly mother who couldn't get there till the following day and as a result the flowers had deteriorated. Unfortunately this makes me consider whether I would use again.

Not delivered until almost a week later. First time I have been let down by Bunches. Flowers were still OK but as they were for an anniversary it was disappointing that the delivery was so late.

Flower left with a neighbour and no card to advise of this. Not worth the £20 spent as very scant amount of blooms. Unsatisfactory.

The post office could not get an answer at the delivery address so instead of leaving with a neighbour they took them back to the depot, the receipting did not get them until three days later!! Not happy with this as the flowers were not very good by then!!

Flowers did not arrive on time. Box was not sealrd so anyone could have stolen the wine.

The flowers arrived a day late and looking rather sad. I told the company on the expected date they said I should have paid a delivery fee if I wanted them on a specified day instead of using the ‘free’ delivery option .

The flowers arrived on time, but when my friend sent me a photo of them, I was very disappointed as they seemed very sparse for the price. I could have purchased a much larger bunch of flowers for half the price.

easy to order online, then the flowers where left in the garage with no note, so they were almost dead when she found them. so a bit dissapointed really.

I was disappointed because I ordered flowers for,my friend on Friday 7th September to,be delivered on Saturday 14th September but they were not delivered until the Monday imfindmthis unacceptable.

Flowers arrived on time and were ok. I didn't think they looked the value of a £30 bouquet. They were more like a £10 supermarket bunch. I was at my daughters when they arrived and while she was pleased to receive them agreed that they were nothing special. I wouldn't order from bunches again having seen them.

First time ever disappointed with bunches. Roses started to drop before they opened. They were watered on day 1 after being received. Anniversary gift from my husband.
