The flowers that were sent to Mrs Stella Pearson were very poor and not up to your usual standard. I am very dissatisfied It was for her birthday. It would be good to replace them. Not astromaries please.

Flowers arrived for my fiancee's birthday on Saturday the 4th.October looking good. Within a few days the Roses died, within a week most were dead. I am a retired florist shop owner and treated them right, they were in an unheated house, so all in all we are'nt too happy. Roses bought from Tesco a few weeks ago lasted over ten days!

I put a wrong address,(ofcourse my fault) but they claimed to have sent me a confirmation email...which they did not, or else I would have received it and made changes to the address. But they did not refund...the amount, for delivery not completed.

The flowers were really small and not worth 30pound you can buy some for a fiver out of Morrison’s.

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Wouldn't use them again. Couldn't change address and was 3 days late and the flowers were half dead.

Totally horrendous. Didnt arrive on time, when the flowers did arrive they were dead and then when i complained, customer services couldn’t have cared less

Did not arrive until end of the day AFTER selected delivery date. The flowers then only lasted 4 days before they rapidly went downhill and ended up in the bin at the start of day 7. Really disappointed considering the price of £30 (did have a discount for £4 but still not impressed). Will not be using again and would like a full refund.

When I looked at the website and chose a bouquet I didn't go for the cheapest. I ordered one for £26. I was sending it to a friend who was poorly. She sent me a picture of the bouquet when it arrived and it was nothing like the photo and how disappointed I was. When I contacted bunches they just said they were sorry I was disappointed but it does say they are not fully open when they arrive. I told them that still the flowers didn't reflect the photo online and I would not be ordering again from them. They have refused to do anything about this so i will be going to social media and complain as they were clearly a rip off.

Would not recommend, ordered two bouquets both were late. Please be aware they do not despatch on the day of order. Sereneta offer a much better service

Arrieved a day late despite being ordered well in advance of the recipient's 80th Birthday - I know there is a pandemic on but I was well ahead of the "next delivery date" or whatever it is called. Won't be using Bunches again - too many others out there to choose from

Flowers not received as apparently given back to delivery driver (I'd got my friend's door number slightly wrong). I wasn't called to confirm there had been an issue so couldn't rectify, extremely disappointed with this lack of service.

As a flowers by post company our gifts are delivered via Royal Mail and they would not make a phone call if an incorrect house number was provided. the gift is returned to our warehouse. Ordered some flowers for a friends birthday then found out she was being taken away as a surprise for a week on her birthday so wouldn't be at home. Contacted bunches and explained but got a very 'computer says no' response. It was out for delivery so nothing they could do (this was the day before delivery) I was happy to have a credit rather than refund or to change the delivery address but no. Told them no one would be at home for a week so what would happen and the response was 'a card would be left' my friend returns and i thought oh well the flowers would be past it but at least she could get the chocolates I ordered with them redelivered but what a surprise no card was left. So disappointed bunches. I had planned to do a second order for someone else later that week but sorry bunches you lost my respect and my future orders!

Very disappointed in the flowers received. They were not similar to how they were advertised. Very upset as I can’t see my loved ones so really wanted to make it special sending some flowers. Will not be ordering from here again.
