The flowers and service were excellent, but my computer is now permanently bombarded with bunches adverts. I have asked for these to stop but still they go on. STOP it, it detracts from what otherwise would have been a good job

The internet works by providing you with advertisements of sites you have previously visited. Very dissapointed with the service i ordered flowers for my Aunt who had passed they should have been delivered on Wednesday Sept16 but they where delivered to the wrong address and my cousin did not receive them until Sept 21st when the people who received them delivered them to her they where in rough shape and some had wilted i have e mailed you three times had have received no reply i have used your service several times in the past but i will not use you again. Being in Canada you have to rely on them being good and fresh but not to even to reply to my e mail is just plain rude .

For a bunch of flowers that was meant to be £29 (I had 20% off so they were about £22) but they looked like a well below average £5-7 bunch from tesco. Real shame as they looked amazing in the photos

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I ordered sun flowers but no sunflowers were in the bouquet that was delivered, in fact it wasn’t even similar

Flowers arrived wilted and shrivelled and a very small bouquet compared to what was shown on the site. I emailed to complain but have yet to receive a reply. This is a week ago. Not the best experience.

Ordered 4 bunches all to be delivered on the Thursday, 1 was delivered on the Wednesday in full flower not bud as advertised, all dead within 5 days. 1 on the Friday 1 on the following Saturday the final one still has not been received and no one a bunches cares or wants to take responsibility. Digesting service lousy customer service. Do not waste your money with this firm

This was the second time I had used Bunches. Of course when you're sending flowers you have no idea if they actually look as good as the picture. I sent some to an elderly lady who'd been ill. Another relative sent me a photo of the recipient next to the flowers. I feel so embarrassed with the quality & quantity. I realise that for £18 ( with 25% off deal) you can't expect too much with deliver on top but these were no different to a standard supermarket bunch. I will not be using Bunches.co.uk again. Which is a shame.

I was unimpressed with the customer service! First the flowers arrived late and missed mum’s birthday, although i specified the date and included a card. No one informed me of the late delivery, and when I emailed customer service I was snootily informed that I should have used the priority service. No genuine apology was made. Mum said the flowers were pretty when they did arrive but I will not be ordering from here again or recommending unfortunately

Ordered two bunches one poor other very bad, emailed company they asked me a few days Later to send pictures that was to late we had thrown out in Disappointment that was the end of that not very professional.. Al Ansloos

I ordered flowers for our wedding anniversary on September 1st, on the third. There was no sign of anything till Monday the seventh, when a very sorry bunch arrived, I informed them and they suggested a free replacement which I agreed, and expressed my feelings, It is now Monday 14th September no sign of any flowers Certainly not considering any further business with Bunches.

Some of the worst flowers I have received. £37 for a bouquet of flowers that I could have bought for £10 in a super market. The pictures do not represent what you get for your money. Never again.

I ordered flowers for the 29th of August a day before my mother’s birthday. The flowers didn’t come until the 1st of September. The lilies were half dead as they didn’t come in water, also the ‘Marshmallow’ lilies description said that there were white lilies included which were not in the bunch I received. Overall, I am disappointed with the quality of flowers I received.
