Wouldn’t recommend, the flowers died after 4 days and looked nothing like how they did on the website, very disappointing

Arrieved a day late despite being ordered well in advance of the recipient's 80th Birthday - I know there is a pandemic on but I was well ahead of the "next delivery date" or whatever it is called. Won't be using Bunches again - too many others out there to choose from

Flowers not received as apparently given back to delivery driver (I'd got my friend's door number slightly wrong). I wasn't called to confirm there had been an issue so couldn't rectify, extremely disappointed with this lack of service.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that a wrong house number was provided which led to a failed delivery. As a flowers by post company our gifts are delivered via Royal Mail and they would not make a phone call if an incorrect house number was provided. the gift is returned to our warehouse. I was disappointed with the amount of flowers that were sent to my mother in law , don’t be using this site again

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Ordered some flowers for a friends birthday then found out she was being taken away as a surprise for a week on her birthday so wouldn't be at home. Contacted bunches and explained but got a very 'computer says no' response. It was out for delivery so nothing they could do (this was the day before delivery) I was happy to have a credit rather than refund or to change the delivery address but no. Told them no one would be at home for a week so what would happen and the response was 'a card would be left' my friend returns and i thought oh well the flowers would be past it but at least she could get the chocolates I ordered with them redelivered but what a surprise no card was left. So disappointed bunches. I had planned to do a second order for someone else later that week but sorry bunches you lost my respect and my future orders!

Very disappointed in the flowers received. They were not similar to how they were advertised. Very upset as I can’t see my loved ones so really wanted to make it special sending some flowers. Will not be ordering from here again.

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. My error in typing slightly wrong number house in address. Flowers were claimed to have been delivered to an empty house. But we're not delivered at all. No card left and not left with neighbours.

I have used the business previously and been very happy. On this Occassion I had flowers sent to my brother and he sent a photo of them to me. They were not at all like the advertised bunch. There were much fewer Blooms. I was disappointed as they were almost £40. I emailed bunches and they did offer after a few days to resend a bunch. I believe that was too late... it should have been right the first time it eliminated the pleasure for me.

Unfortunately I was told the flowers turned up withered and wilted and didn’t perk up and died. Not what I wanted to send a friend on her bday :(

Sadly I wasn’t happy with the flowers j sent to my friend on her wedding day. The pictures online are completely a false advertisement the bunch was sooooo small in comparison to what’s shown on the pics! I would’ve been better to send a bunch from marks and Spencer’s not sure why I tried bunches on a very special occasion! :(

I was very disappointed with the service and delivery of my last order. I selected the date I wanted the flowers, card and cake to be delivered for an anniversary gift and it was delivered the day after. I contacted bunches customer service to be told that as I hadn’t paid more for delivery the date selected and advised would be delivered on couldn’t be guaranteed. Very unhappy and won’t be ordering from bunches again!

They gave them to the wrong address. So the person that was supposed to receive them, unfortunately never did.

I sent an email asking to change the delivery date, a week before delivery due. I never got a reply and flowers were still delivered on the wrong date.

Late dilivery thee the cake and chocs over rge decking so my dog got it and the middle size flowers were very small would not use again definitely would not recomend

Flowers arrived ved three days late in a very small box which was squashed and the flowers were not in great shape as they were not given water Recipient was disappointed and asked if I had used this firm before. I have not used Bunches before and given this feedback would not use them again.
