Disgraceful customer service attitude! In short I ended up paying twice for the same (one) bunch of flowers!!! I’ll NEVER use them again!!! Avoid and use another company!!!!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you have been unhappy with our service. After reviewing the order we can see that an incorrect address was provided that lead to a failed delivery. I chose this company out of the many I could go with as they offered next day delivery which is what I needed. I paid for Royal Mail tracked and was told I would receive an email with a tracking number on which I didn’t receive. After contacting bunches they sent me the tracking number but the flowers were delivered a day late! A waste of money paying for a tracked service and delivered on the wrong day. Would not use again.

Was not impressed with my recent purchase for my mums birthday. They didn’t look anything like the picture displayed. I am fully aware they come in buds however the roses didnt , so now a week later the roses are dead and the buds are now blooming. Will not order again

I paid extra to have 50% extra flowers but they were not much once I received it. Very bad

I asked for a password check and perhaps replacement and received nothing. I shall not use Bunches again. Reply to queries..nothing.

After looking into this we can see that you have used our guest checkout and do not have a registered account. The flowers came wilted and some broken, most were dead within 2/3 days and did not look as large of a bunch as in pictures. Really not worth it. Bad quality flowers.

Terrible delivery service! Despite asking flowers to be left by door they were taken back to sorting centre and delivered 5 days late, pretty much dead! It became a problem for my mum who was self isolating rather than a nice surprise for her. When I asked Bunches to help they told me to take up with the Royal Mail! Won’t be using them again... :(

Thank you your review. We are sorry to hear that the recipient wasn't available to accept the gift when a delivery was attempted. A delivery request can be left on the order, however this is carried out at the discretion of the delivery driver and cannot be guaranteed. A calling card is left at the property for the recipient to either collect or re-arrange delivery. We are very sorry to hear the flowers were delivery so late and arrived in such a poor condition. I ordered flowers for my wifes birthday on 27th September 2020 ( birthday date 15.10.20). My wifes 40th birthday plans were cancelled due to covid, so I was hoping the flowers would cheer her up on her birthday. They arrived on 17.10.20 and they were starting to turn on arrival.i did lodge a complaint but bunches said it was my fault for not paying for premium delivery. I said this was an unsatisfactory reply but I just got a more patronising reply. I wont be using bunches again as they let me down at an important time, then blamed me and tried to dazzle me with 93% delivery success rate.40 pounds well spent, but the money is irrelevant in the grand scale of the failure and subsequent feedback from bunchies Thanks Jamie Sumner

Very disappointed, the flowers looked nothing like they did in the photo. In fact I have seen better flowers in a petrol station!

Excitedly ordered Get well soon flower bouquet for a friend, for the first time from this website. She sent me a photo of what she had received. Highly disappointed!! Sent an email a week back saying this is not acceptable service but still have not heard back.. so speaks volumes in itself!!

Not happy with the flowers I bought and sent for my friend. The quality is not the same as shown in the picture at all. Quite disappointed because I was expecting it to look nicer but it didn't

I ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary and they turned up two days late. I ordered one week earlier to make sure delivery was one time. Unfortunately they didn’t arrive as hoped for. When they arrived the flowers were past their best. Bunches customer services did not care the flowers were late and offered no gesture of good will. Due to this poor service I will not be using bunches again.

Gave me a date that i can order, flowers did not arrive that day ( a 50th Birthday) & all they said was well you should have ordered earlier 😡 will never use again
