Dissatisfied. Product arrived a day late and no tracking available. What’s the point in ordering for a specific day! Won’t use again.

I ordered flowers for our wedding anniversary on September 1st, on the third. There was no sign of anything till Monday the seventh, when a very sorry bunch arrived, I informed them and they suggested a free replacement which I agreed, and expressed my feelings, It is now Monday 14th September no sign of any flowers Certainly not considering any further business with Bunches.

Some of the worst flowers I have received. £37 for a bouquet of flowers that I could have bought for £10 in a super market. The pictures do not represent what you get for your money. Never again.

I ordered flowers for the 29th of August a day before my mother’s birthday. The flowers didn’t come until the 1st of September. The lilies were half dead as they didn’t come in water, also the ‘Marshmallow’ lilies description said that there were white lilies included which were not in the bunch I received. Overall, I am disappointed with the quality of flowers I received.

Really disappointed and embarrassed with the flowers delivered for my best friend, looked like a £5:bunch from a supermarket, sorry but I won't be using bunches again or recommending

Considering the price of the flowers. I found the fact that you couldn’t trace wether they were delivered or not by the Royal Mail service very disappointing. It was very awkward having to call the recipient to check if they received the flowers for not. It’s impossible for me to answer most of your questions below. How would I know????? I was not there to receive the flowers.

Flowers came boxed up and majority of the flowers were ruined. Will not purchase again..

I have no idea whether they arrived or not as after the payment confirmation email no other emails were sent, and this was as a gift sent to someone one someone else's behalf I can't check myself to see if they arrived either so for all I know i spend £12 on air

I have no idea whether my order arrived at the designated address as I had no confirmation whether the delivery occurred from this company. I have used other companies who have sent me an email or text confirmation at the very least and one company even sent me a photo of my delivery outside the door of the designated address. I shall not use this one again. Hopefully the flowers were delivered and the recipient may have liked them! I shall never know!

The flowers arrived 5 days late and were not in a good condition. I was very disappointed especially as they were from a friend who had just come out of hospital.

Terrible do not deal with. Flowers broken on del and half dead paid £25 could have bought for five at garage emailed have not had reply

Disappointed that the flowers I ordered for the anniversary of a friend’s mother’s death were meant to arrive on Saturday and didn’t arrive until Tuesday. Won’t use again.

Our free delivery service is usually based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 90% of gifts arriving on the date selected. However we have provided a link on our home page that advises the delivery may take an extra day due to the pressure Royal Mail are experiencing at present. Box arrived at the wrong address, was damaged at the bottom but that I wasnt to bothered about. The flowers were a big disappointment so unimpressed nothing like the photo on the website. They were bought to lay on a dear friends grave, I can't believe I paid that sort of money I ended up buying flowers from Tesco would never buy again

I ordered flowers to support a family member after a bereavement. The postal service did not deliver the flowers but left a card 3 days after the flowers should of been delivered. No attempt to redeliver. Flowers picked up and they are all dead
