Flowers were very nice looking but didn’t last very long. This is the first occasion it’s happened though so hope it’s a one off.

A nice bunch of flowers it they were not in a good condition when they arrived two late having spent the weekend in transit. Disappointed.

I ordered the flowers on 13 Jan, and instead of arriving on Friday 15th as per my order, or Saturday 16th allowing for delays due to Covid, they eventually arrived on Monday 18th Jan and were somewhat dry. They improved when they had been in water for a while.

Very disappointed this time. Flowers not delivered due to hone being “unaccessible “. Semi detached house in Sheffield suburb. Second day also “unaccessible”. No offer of refund, just the fact that is was the couriers fault. Flowers finally delivered 2 days after birthday, very nice buts that’s not the point.

I have used Bunches for many years and always been very happy with them but recently I wanted to change my email address and found it almost impossible to do online. I telephoned and after much explanation I was told I could have 2 email addresses but there is no way to cancel the original one! I gave up at that point. And next time I tried to access my account up came the old address and now you seem to have have to add certain letters as well as a password. On top of that the latest flowers I ordered were a letterbox delivery for my daughter's birthday today and she reported that they have arrived in a poor state. She is hoping to revive some of them but some were already dead.

On first glance the tied bunch looked OK but on opening and trimming the stems it became apparent that the stems were of very different lengths. The tulips in particular were so short that it was impracticable to trim all the stems to the same length. This meant that in spite of daily topping up, the tulips wilted very quickly. Apart from the tulips, by day two, some of the foliage was already wilting and by day three the bunch as a whole was in poor shape. The freesias were still in bud at this stage and their perfume was barely detectable. Overall a very disappointing experience that we would not want to repeat.

My friends loved the flowers however, I received a plant at Christmas that never came into bloom and died within a few days.

Flowers were letter box but wouldn't go through my standard letter box. By time re delivered were almost dead

I was really disappointed. The flowers, arrived two days late. They were quite limp as the water had dried up. Not value for money.

Unfortunately the flowers that were received (black and pale yellowy) bore no resemblance to the ones chosen from the website which were white and purpley - so very disappointed.

Upgraded regular bunch to a large bunch flowers were nice but not a lot for your money.

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. The Subscription Flowers were not as I’d expected & I felt disappointed. Especially, as I have bought other flowers from bunches for friends & relative who have been delighted with their flowers. Granted these were not subscription flowers but others from your online choices. These I’ve received today, quite frankly, fell short of flowers I could buy in a supermarket for much less. On the plus side, I rang customer care to report this. They have apologise, offered to cancel my subscription- which I’ve agreed to- & arranged for replacement flowers. The packaging was intact but some flowers were beyond recovery

Because the recipient didn’t answer the door immediately (working from home on calls slightly delayed) the postman left a red card to collect at sorting office which was not open (reduced hours) due to covid and the flowers were then collected on Saturday 3 days later having had no water and quite dead. Terrible arrangements for delivery. Perhaps knocking again, giving to a neighbour or heaving on doorstep with a live flower delivery would have been better? Won’t order by this method again big let down. I’m sure the flowers were lovely (when they were alive!)

Arrived 2 days late, flowers looking a bit worse for wear and absolutely nothing like advertised. Friend claimed to be pleased but I am very disappointed.

I sent some flowers for my mums 88th birthday and for £30 i was extremely disappointed as tbey were in rather a limp state. Tbey were very poor for the pricr.

Arrived tied so tightly together my cousin could not work out what flowers they were. Certainly nothing like I ordered. Box too big and flowers just rattling around inside. I was so disappointed I offered to get another company to deliver more. A very disappointing 80th birthday gift.
